661 earth pads, exactly the same as straits, but brown sides. really comfy and dont get too hot, but keep your knees warm :)

havn'ttried 5.10s, but shimano am40s are fantastic, i tried riding in my vsns today and the result is 2 2 inch long gashes on my shin :( am40s are wonderful :)

finger x3 from hockey, it can be a very painful sport. never had a bike related injury that has stopped me for more than a week :) i will break my leg now i've said that :lol:

i use adidas swoops for walking and hockey, really light and comfy, grippy on almost everything :)

nuun tablets are good, they stop cramp aswell :) just dont try one without putting it in water first.

aurigas, powerful enough for most xc stuff and only squeal when salty and i've never needed to adjust them at all. the only time i've needed to do anything to them is when i snapped the lever.
