I used to get this really badly. I fixed it by moving my brake levers inside my shifters and briniging the reach in slightly, therefore i now use the end of the lever so get more leverage and i don’t have to stretch my hands as much. Hope that helps.

Not had much rain at all this week, so anthing rocky is pretty dry. Rushup Edge will probably be a bogfest though.

thule pro 903 is good, but the wiring for the lighting is rubbish. Apart from that it’s a great rack, no movement with 4 13kg bikes on, and it’s one of the ball clamp types.

A friend has both the beats and the big headphones by Dr Dre, they do sound incredible but feel surprisingly cheap. I have some dead cheap (£7) sony’s that stay in and sound alright.

A6? How many miles has it done? our 1995 A6 has done 256k, -80k for the engine, still seems fairly economical to run.

Our house was not watertight and had very little insulation. roofers came, roofers left. House is now watertight and warm. Awful roofers though  It’ll be worth it, just not yet.

Loads of sailing in my family. My uncle skippered Bristol clipper in the 2002/2003 race, and my dad races a Sweden 42. Captainflashheart, did you own Mill bay? we have 2 (a laser and a GP14) boats there every year for 3 weeks :)

Only one answer IMO, Shimano AM40. A year of peaks riding and they are still in good condition.

From Hayfield, up Twenty trees to the shooting cabins, turn left then down to the road, up the road and turn right towards rowarth, down lantern pike, up t’other side to new allotments, down past Peep-o-day farm, across the road and down coldwell clough back to Hayfield is a nice 3 hour ride :)
