Had a tiagra running on a 11-32,
Got dura ace running on 11-28 currently, on a 1×9 setup with a 34 upfront shifted by xtr, works fine.
I’d say probably not though, 34 is a big cog for a titchy roadie mech.

I just got some cheap tacx ones from me mate at the lbs, cost me a couple of pints in return if I remember correctly. Had the lower one sieze on me last week though but nothing a strip and regrease didn’t fix…

Decent kit from just over the hills from me, used to come from the factory opposite the one my uncle works at, (also involved in machining bits of metal but this time for aeroplanes)….
I’ve used the old style m4s for years with no complaints, had an old xc rear hub thats currently waiting for a new free-hub to be fit (pawls went after 3-4 years) got pro2 hubs front and back and also use a hope headset and bb… oh and skewers and seat-clamp.

Just got a desire HD, nice phone but the battery life is a bit short, it’s not as nicely packaged as the iphone but functionality wise it’s great, it doesn’t seem to get on well with my imac at home, but that could be something to do with the legal action between the two companies…

Nah you have to buy gore as a kit, the cables are coated and they come with a sleeve that they run in, they can be a bit faffy to set up and you only get enough in one set to do one full run of outer if you’re running full outers, but once fitted they are smoooooooooooooooooooth for years.
Verdict, Pricey, a faff but fully worth it!

I use a short cage dura ace (recommended up to 27t by the big S) with standard jockey wheels and can only just squeeze a 11-28 slx in there.

you CAN buy replacement xt sprockets…..

EDIT- if anyone knows if where you can get hold of slx replacement sprockets hook a brother up…. (i’ve got a mint one with three mangled bottom cogs)
