Holbeck Ghyll is ok, that’s got a star, bit old school though, L’Enclume is very good, modern food, Simon Rogan is shit hot to be honest, taxi ride though as it’s in Cartmel, Gilpin lodge is good so I’ve heard, and like the others it’s got a star but It’s the only one I’ve not eaten at, if it was me I’d be getting a taxi to L’Enclume, hope this helps.

We tend to spend about £250 a month, which is good as we do buy mostly good quality meat and veg, I cook for a living so I’m always picking up bargains,plus I do all the cooking in the house, the trick is also if your going to be braising something for 5 hours in the oven why not get the following days dinner in there too, buy cheap cuts of good quality meat,you’ll save on electric/gas,the problem is I love shit like crisps and Haribo, right I’m off for some Hula Hoops.

I only paid £30 to have my whole bike built, took all the bits in a couple of boxes, they also supplied some new cables as well, I felt like the cat with the cream as they had also knocked off a fiver as I new someone working part time in the shop.

I think it’s a nice bike, designed to get people talking about whether it fugly or not, I like it, the question has to be though ,would I buy it though before some other frames on the market, Hmmmmm, think not.

To high a temp, 57 degrees is the correct temp for slow cooking, hope that helps, also you’ll not break down the protein structure too much and you’ll also have more due to less shrinkage.

Blueberry parfait as you can keep it in the freezer, blueberry bakewell or some jam for the cold months as they are a super food after all.
