Get the correct oil I have just done my rev’s with Fox Float Fluid and it is too thick the forks feel like the damping is on max for the compression and rebound

If you are not bothered about folding tyres try a set of panaracer Pasela’s

they roll well and are very puncture resistant and give a great smooth ride (28mm but more like a 25mm)

Audax riders have used them for years

How can u tell the quality of a tube????????????

By riding it?
I used to use Latex tubes exclusively. No punctures for ages, then out one day punctured had to put a butyl tube in. As I rode off post-fix I noticed that the ride was harsher. Only lasted a few minutes, then couldn’t tell.
