    specialized Purgatory front
    specialized captain rear

    No just do it

I wanted a soul but bought a trance caught up with the full sus hype

I got a 26er simple to replace my Inbred loved it but found that the Simple rode almost as smooth as the Trance

Sold the trance to go back hardtail but a 456 was £125 and the Soul was £475 no brainer and I bought a 456.

The 456 was a bit harsh in the ride ( bloody good though)

Bit the bullet and got a Soul and I am very very happy now

A lot of folk have a Lactose problem as did my wife so she thought but she found raw milk was not a problem :?

The actual issue is the Homogenization process and she finds unhomogenized milk is also no problem

Our local farmer alas cannot sell milk at the farm gate for human consumption but fortunatly he will sell us “dog milk” :D

    Countzero I feel your pain

I worked at Lyneham for 18 years both uniformed and contracting, I drove past there last month and the place was dead and I had a huge lump in my throat with sadness

I thought my fixed rate was steep at £350/annum.
£621 is criminal, which water company is that?

You want to try living in the South West Water catchment area, that would be considered a small bill. Even with a water meter my bills are astronomical.

Yep South West Water bless em our water rates were about £970 a year ( 4 bed house) and that hurt 3 people showering every day eco bogs / washing machine / dishwasher / immaculate bikes / dirty cars

With a meter we are now paying about £110 a quarter

It is a monopoly I can get electricity/gas from tescos etc but water we have no choice

    Thanks for the reply folks

I appreciate PP and others comments about the frame being er orrable when loaded but loading up is not something I am contemplating, I will keep the Kaff for that I just want a comfortable road play bike

Alas at 5’8″ as otheres have said I am in between sizes but because I use a medium Simple (26er) and Soul because the Small was too short I will have to wait for the next delivery unless a medium pops up at the right price

Panasonic all the way I have 2 of em ( both are working brilliantly Long story ) the important thing is use a good strong flower

For us Waitrose flower is the best but we cannot make a XL loaf because it rises too much and hit’s the lid on baking. Lidl flower is also very good and about £1 cheaper to

We have one a 2 seater from ebay sorry I cannot remember the make but it is really well made in my opinion
We do not have a real canoe to compare it to but it is bloody good fun and thats all that matters 2 adults and 2 golden retreviers on board.
We even took it to the dordogne but when we got there we hired a canoe because we had a 10 mile paddle down stream and a bus ride back ( who the hell wants to paddle up stream)

The Falklands is most miserable, depressing place I have ever been.

In the late 80’s I was there for there winter ( 4 frigging months ) and Winston Dog is right, I could not wait to get back to the UK and I lived in Swinedoom at the time 8O
