    next issue

Will that be a light overkill, considering I was happy years ago with my 12w / 20w lumi set up

Are we loosing the plot abit????

As a contract electrician I hammmer the hell out of my tools and I use Ebaurer 18v drills which I get about 8 months use before they are buggered which sounds bad but I am happy. the reason I am happy is because they are used everyday they get one hell of a lot of use and Screwfix replace them on the spot with the 2 year warrentee.
So for £80 I get over 2 years use from my drills BARGAIN compared to dewalt etc

yes the scenary is nice soft and fluffy but alas

The ride I did enjoy when I lived there was from Barbury Castle to Cherhill via Avebury, it was always a nice run and I lived in Wroughton then so I could ride from my front door.

    as TJ said

I had a sticky piston issue easily soreted

on mine I removed the pads pumped the pistons out and soaked in a light lube and pushed them back in, this was repeated several times till both pistons moved the same ammount when the lever was pulled in. Cleaned off all traces of oil refitted the pads. purfect

Heard ppl complain about the orange warrenty before, but complaining because they wouldn’t deal with you as bought it 2nd hand is industry wide approach, so your comment seems a little harsh… care to expand?

OK if I had trashed the thing I would of took it on the chin but it was less than 2 years old and well looked after and there reaction was basically tough and I did when climbing FFS

But also I bought a P7 when they first came out ( about 1994) and had no end of issues with slippping seat posts to get a reply I do not know how to tighten a seat post clamp after I had 3 framsets replaced at that I told eorange to take the bike back and I had a refund from my lbs

    Basically Shite customer service historically

I will give praise when its due eg the Focus I bought for the wife, even On One but Orange er sorry no

the wife has a zonwacydo? womans bike from Focus superb build but too small for me so I cannot say how it rides but she loves it

All the hoses and cables were cut to length ( rare ) superbly packed assembled and ridden in less than 5 minutes from unpacking

I could be tempted myself but I like steel hardtails

I have the “green tint Bastid” and to be honest I prefer it to the MTE SSC P7.

The light from the tourch is white where as the Bastid is a slight green tint to it, the white light appears to make scenary very 2D (flat)but the Bastid gives more depth 3D

Give it a try I do prefer the “Bastid” but thats my opinion, you might not like it then look at the mods
