Give British Gas a ring, we get slated on here, we're not cheap but we're really very, very good!

Bet that will boost your Qudos points ( £ in the pocket)

Yes I am a ex British Gas empolyee and I think that the way that you are expected to SELL is complely unethical I walked out of a team meeting because of the sales patter I was told to use by the "sales champion" and told them to insert the job where the sun does not shine shortly after

Get a good local Gas engineer to give you a quote

    you forgot to say "fugging"

well come on if there is not enough rebound damping there is a issue with the shock it is not as if you are a light weight. So I would say there is a case to send it back

    Made for Pace

    RC005 Carbon Composite Shield
A small tub of blue goo to you, but a life changing synthetic suspension of friction increasing polymer globes as far as your sinking seatpost is concerned. A thin smear is enough to reduce clamping torque on carbon or alloy seatposts by up to 30%, minimising the risk of crush or cracking damage and keeping your seat height right for ride after ride.

    Specification 80g
100% fully synthetic. 30% reduction in
    clamping torque

We have 8 hives all full of bees and no fuggin honey yep another bad year

As said above join your local bee keeping assosation , our local group in taunton had over 70 beginners this year compared to about 18 last year so it is getting a bit popular thanks to the low key news reports. which makes keeping a hive or 4 in the garden alot more acceptable.

As for hives we have bought from "real cedar" on ebay for about £120 and they are superb quality (cedar)and alot cheaper than anyone else. Do NOT buy a plywood hive they do not last.

give it a go but you do need help from others and yes they do sting but you get used to it or die 😈

I had a Audax frameset made for me by a famous Bristol frame builder and I was never realy happy with it, the bike did not climb very well and it felt like the back end was holding it back.

I bought a Il pompino and it rode realy well so I bought a Kaffanbak a week later, swapped all the bits off the custom frameset and ended up with a better bike to ride

Conclusion for me a custom bike was a waste of money and the kaff was 1/4 of the cost too
