I have U turn coil revs 130/85 and as above at about 115mm is the sweet spot for all round use. 130 feels too slack
Which reminds me I must lower the Dual Air revs on my 26er simple

Kaffs are ace mine is 10 years old and I still love it but alas the forks are horrable
I have fitted project 2 forks to mine, but if I was going to replace the forks now I would get some Cotic forks which are realy nice and are at a £30 premium

OK the TRP CX8.4 mini V;s are expensive at £89.99 a set but that is for both brakes which works out cheaper than disc’s

Worth every penny in my mind

Just put some TRP mini V’s on my road bike and they are Much better than Canti’s and cheap mini V’s. They they are the best brakes I have ever used on a road bike including campag shimano et all

    yea ok point taken but
    I would need new wheels
    new frame
    new forks
Pritty much a new bike and my Kaff looks ace for a mere £160 outlay infact it feels like a new bike

Dingabell I have had a magicshine got through 2 batteries both now knackered

My XLM V2 and Luminator work and the back up reputation from Smudge is superb

I have no hesitation in recommending them

I use a luminator on the bars ( battery pack just weighted at 350g = 1/2 a bottle of water) and a XLM V2 on my bonce shed loads of light and I do not use the luminator on full cos there is no neeed

The luminator has quite a spread of light where as the V2 is more of a spot light and they complement each othere nicely

Smudge at mtbbatteries will supply smaller battery packs if required just ask him

    hence the query
