Stoner the 230g cannisters fit fine.

Admittedly not as easy to find as coleman cannisters but to be fare it does say on the padded bag to use 230g

I have one and tbh I think it is bloody good for £35

Ok it is quite large but come on a 1 ltr container has a volume of over 1 ltr what do folk expect
Boil times ok it may be slower than other stoves but what difference does a couple of minutes make really.

From me at £35 there is no room to complain

I have used Prestivo for years on all our cars ( fiesta, Peaugot 306, picasso and a golf GT)
Half the price of the leading brands no issues with the grip last really well and they have a fantastic warranty if you have a puncture / blow out ( as the wife had when she hit a pot hole) you only pay for the wear used.

my Classic went belly up no water flow so I replaced it with a “la Neuva era cudra” the espressos are really good and the steam pressure is far far superior to the Gaggia but the machine was 4x the price of the gaggia but worth every penny ( once the wife got back down from the ceiling )

As for the gaggia well the Solenoid valve was blocked with a tiny bit of scale cleaned it out and it still works a treat at our retreat ace bit of kit

seemed to work in this vid

Does mine work I do not know and I most probably never will because if the conditions are that bad I will not drive.

So why did I buy a CR-V because it is a comfortable mile eater and suits our needs

get your rcd tested sometimes they can get very sensitive and trip at a very low earth leakage value anything less that 21m amps and its buggered
also test the tripping at half and full trip current

Sounds to me like a rcd issue but next time it happens try unplugging the dish washer and then reset the RCD because there may be a neutral earth fault with the dish washer

Re CRV’s A/C just to give you a heads up

I have just bought a 2007 crv and the a/c did not work after the first week.
Kwakfit regas and it was appeared little better so I did a 2.3k drive across france and the a/c was proved not to work
After a google search I found out there is an issue with the reliability of the a/c control relay ( some folk got ripped off with an a/c compressor replacement needlessly)
£23 later 2 minutes work A/C is working like a good un

I have not bought a bike for 4 years and despite what the press say I am happy with my Soul

FFs we are talking about push bikes here 2k is a month pay for the average brit and we have to live to yet mags appear to push 3K as a starting point nowadays

    I like caravans to

    As long as they
    1 have a yearly MOT
    2 Pay road tax
3 Pay rates because they are another form of accommodation
    4 keep off the roads between 08.00 – 20.00

actually they are friggin awful things and the only people who have em in the south west are almost dead

    as onza dog says

28s but only if you can get a good tyre in a 28mm version. A cheap 28 will be worse than a high end 23mm.

Try Rutland cycles I just got some Giant branded tyres 28mm kevlar bead for my Kaffandbak ride so smooth yet fast

As above travel agents are not req for mini V’s with road bike levers. Well I have no need with either Dura Ace levers or Campag

As SpeshPaul said the TRP mini V’s are tremendous with my campag groupset and I will get rid of my er poverty V’s and put TRP’s on the other bike to YES they are worth the money

What ever you get do not forget that you have to factor in a grinder

    Then with practice

Sit back with a better coffee than you can get from the high street :-)

er well a year down the road and the wife still does not know but just under 1k

She went friggin potty when I walked in with it but she is now sold and when compared to the Gaggia she prefers the coffee from the Cudra, but to be fair the coffee from the Gagggia beats starbucks anyday

Next on the list is a new grinder

tbh if you want something done properly do it yourself, this is not a rant

I have tried my best at home to make the best coffee I can and I am there, now every coffee shop disappoints so I do not bother.

Get a espresso machine and a good grinder, then go to a decent coffee roaster get some good beens and enjoy (wogan coffee in Bristol is highly recommended by me)

Bottom line we work hard for our money so why waste it on shoddy service

I had a Gaggia Classic for 8 years and it was worth every penny once I got a decent grinder and reset the OPV (over pressurisation valve) to 9 bar.
be warned though it lead to me getting one of these
