    Hi les

yep I tried the high speed setting where it take 5 pics in rapid sucession but the picture quality was er a bit like my riding ability namely dodgy

I guess the problem is the pup moves too quick

    Hi thanks for the reply

the camera is a Fuji Finepix s1500 and it is about 18months old and it has always been an issue in that it is er a bit slow
Yes I do focus before I fully press to take a picture and the pics are during daylight and I do not use the flash.
Alas I just miss action pictures due to this issue

my Litespeed ( shitespeed) Antares road bike

The bars were too low to ride comfortably and when cornering it felt like the front end would wash out especially at speed

    Bloody horrable bike

I liked the feel and grip of the NN and RR combination but they are far too fragile

Specialized Purgatory front and Captain rear is as good but a shed load cheaper and not at all fragile

my soul has Maverick SC32’s 125mm but quite short for there travel but it appears to help keep the front wheel planted on climbing

My Simple has a set of 130mm Rev’s and I am going to drop the travel to 115 because of the Mav’s on the soul

I sold a 456 for the Soul no regrets ok it cost a shed load more than the 456 but its worth it

The Souls is alot safer for me because the 456 made me ride beyond my limits and then bite me back

The soul just rides realy nicely and soooo smooth the 456 was a head banger in comparison and hurt cos the back end is so stiff

Is the 456 a bad bike hell no just the soul is nicer.

Our Golden Retriever as a pup stayed downs stairs
plus we had to put a child guard at the foot of the stairs.

But usually found him laying next to our daughter on her bed in the
    mornings.
Now lays where he wants to within the house.

Funny old thing thats a perfect description of our 5 year old Golden but she sleeps on our bed

God knows where our 9 week old Golden will be in a years time 🙄

I have an 8 week old golden retriever asleep next to me right now so here is my thoughts ( we are treating her the same as we did out 5 year old)

she will be using a nylon clip type collar when she goes out and a 1m lead

She has a bed in the kitchen

We have never ever used a cage and never will

Do not buy ” dog egg bags” they cost too much, get tescos essential etc nappy bags.

Best advice is start training from day one set the house rules so the pup soon learns and it makes your life easyer and enjoy lots of time with it

    Dogs are ACE

tried again using Proraso pre shave and shaving soap after a shower left the soap on for 3 minutes then shaved alas I still bleed but not so much

Still gives hell of a good shave but it the R41 is still not a first time users razor

I own a Muhle r89 which gives a nice shave but I wanted a closer shave

So I bought a R41 put in a fresh 7 oclock sharp blade and had admittedly the best shave ever but it did take over an hour too stop bleeding what a mess yes it is bloody agressive and I would not recommend it to a beginner

Would it be worth trying with a feather blade??????

I agree with your comments and yes my Soul at £500 is alot more than my old 456 and worth it
But £1400 is pushing towards a months pay for alot of folk and tbh I cannot buy one and pay my mortgage in the same month

I have a Opinel and yes they are good knifes and it is always in my pocket

We were at a market in Nontron in france and a guy on a cheese stall had a #13 inox knife ( with a 9″ blade) waving it around whilst talking silly size knife but the wife wants one now for her cheese board 🙄

If you want a knife of real beauty do a google search for Nontron knifes

I’ve got a (unbranded) carbon post, with lots of post showing and its sooooo comfy.
I don’t change its height. man up and don’t drop it if you care about scratching it

I use a poverty seatpost with loads showing to it works a beaut

If you think the Soul / thompson hurts try a steel 456 / Thompson that’s agony 😕

I tried the Miller Eco Max in my picasso diesel on a 400 mile trip across france
As it says on the bottle you will notice a differance after 200 miles and yes after about 200 miles the engine was ALOT quieter and smoother
I find it also gives me about 4mpg fuel increase for £1.20 a tank
My wife also finds her 306 petrol runs alot better for the miller petrol additive
