I’m really quite good at focusing on the negatives of what a lot of people would view as being a pretty good existance, and as a reult find myself rebelling against anything and everything from time to time.

Woahhhh heavy.

Hmmm I don’t go off unexpectedly, I would say I am a bit more calculated that that.

Smoldering and explosive because my parents made me out of sex and tankparts.

I imagine the basic stuff you need is similar to what I found for my Snowboarding:
-Good baselayers are essential, go with merino wool as opposed to smelly helly synthetic
-Loose fitting (reasonably priced) sallopettes. They dont have any stretch in them, and you need room for movement so I went for 2 sizes bigger.
-A really snuggly jacket. Mine is Firefly, an ace snowboarding brand…and looking cool is just as important *giggle*
-Oakley Goggles, only the best
-Keep your head warm, and wear a buff or something to cover your face and ears when its windy/blizzardy
-SUNBLOCK!

Bavaria sounds exciting! I think this year im staying in scotland for the snowboarding. Not done skiing since the 90s but but I was thinking about taking skiing lessons as well – but let me know what Bavaria is like and I might well travel next year. 🙂

My impression that there are 3 groups that profit from war:

1) International Bankers (Federal Reserve, Rothschild’s, Goldman Sachs, etc)

2) Arms Companies

3) Oil Companies

And of course, the political leaders/advsiors who take bribes, or have a “slice of the cake” with regards to any of the above.

Ok well, I think it is settled. Buying SPDs for my xbike to help with the long distances etc, and will continue MTBing with flats for the time being.

What I might do is get SPDs for my X bike in the mean time…

My ex left me then came back, then left me then came back then left me again, this went on and on and I thought I would never be free from the shackles of this “bad romance” till I found out he was seeing many different women up and down the UK….I realise now I should never have given it a second chance, never mind a third, fourth, fifth, etc.

I know it hurts, but I learned what is for you won’t go by you, and I am sure one day you will be able to look back and see the pain in a different light. Be safe.

Not such a huge emergency, just that the one I have is old, a bit warped, and 5mm too short for the braket, etc.

I gave up almost a year and a half ago, cold turkey, and I promise you that the mood swings are merely withdrawals and in time you will feel even better than before. Do more exersize, endorphines are good! 🙂

Brack, my eyes welled up when I read your story. Thank you for sharing it with us. I never saw eye to eye with my folks either, but over the years I am coming to terms with the fact that my parents, like myself are flawed, and I should try to love and respect them as best as I can.

Unfortunately my parents and siblings live 8 hours on the plane away from me, and I only see them once every few years, its tough. I should really work harder to be able to visit them more….try to get on with them and be a good daughter.
