I have to say, if they ever bring it in here, I shall take pleasure in riding without one.

I can see the protests now if it does take place 😉

    Tough call, that one.

An ex is an ex, never go back, only advice my Gramp gave me!

By all means let her have her say via email or farcebook, but 20 years is a long time, people change, you might not be the same person she thinks you are?

& likewise, there is an even bigger chance she is not what you think she is.

If not, why not walk around the cars now parked furthest away and look for damage on the corners/scuffs etc.

Starting with all the security vans first 😉

Still, not quite as annoying as those that write a cheque, then hand over a debit card to guarantee it.

LOL – Their days are numbered 😉

I am only thinking it might be better if he wants a bit of quiet time in a busy ward 😉

TBH, I am in the dark here, so any recomendation is welcome, thanks 5lab

Then with the newly flattened land they could build an absolutely **** enormous shed, with friendly staff who won’t tell you to **** off, and stock every coldplay album you could ever want. And, of course, an equal sized car park so we can all drive there.

I think your vision of the High Street is not far off from reality, only I would go one stage further and the one massive shed would be a drive through, where the brain dead would no longer need to find a parking space to shop, they could simply order there cheap plastic tat via an intercom, so removing any need to interact with humans directly at all.

The vehicles would roll on one large conveyor belt and would be puked out at the other end of the shed, where a army of ex Argos staff would fill the boots & the shoppers happy with their day shopping could join the traffic jam back home!

I have seen someones pride and joy parked over two bays, surrounded with shopping trolleys.

The guy nearly broke down in tears of rage when he returned to his car.

You should see how big the parking slots are in the States, you could fit three UK cars to one over there 😉

We once lost a drunk mate on a night out, only to find him fast asleep slumped on the floor next to a fast food outlet, with his empty plastic takaway food container next to him with some lose change in.

Been called Begger Bill ever since 😉

I sometimes lock my wife in at petrol stations and she can’t move or the internal alarm sensors make the alarm go off

In my experience of store managers and area managers, they will be annoyed at the staff attitude (at the end of the day, your lost sale has affected their ability to meet their targets) and I’m sure that the employee will get hauled up for it.

Unless it was the Manager 😉

I would post a comment on a forum and let everyone know what happened….

    Doooooh 😉

The simple answer is yes…..right up to the second when your chain flicks off for the first time on that nice rocky DH section, then funnily enough it becomes a definite NO for some reason!

Did your email conformation from the retailer show the same price as what they took off your card?

Most online retailers if they spot the price error, will email to say the price was an error and withdraw the product & refund your card.
