Might be worth holding off for a week as the new one is to be announced on Tuesday:

    http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2013/apr/24/xbox-720-next-gen-reveal-21-may

Won’t be available until Christmas but then you’ll have a choice of the new one or cheaper 360.

And yes you can just buy a hard drive later and slot it in to the 4GB Flash version

Quite a few bits, worst/best is a moots smoothie frame.

Bloody Mary salad is nice, tomatoes, celery, basil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, chilli, and a bit of balsamic for sweetness. Celery is a base for any stock though, so as mentioned soups, stews and sauces. Cook for long enough and it blends in but adds thickness and flavour.

Went for the first time in March, trials in great condition then so can’t imagine they’re any worse now. I enjoyed it immensely apart from taking a saddle to the balls near the end of W2 (maybe time for a dropper), have fun

Limkilde – That definitely looks the fastest, very stealthy.

What’s the braking like on those rotors?

10 speed chainset will work on 9 speed everything else. Personally I’d just go 10 speed now, shifts better and can run a shadow plus rear mech.

Shimano dropped the rrp by an average of 10% I seem to remember for 10 speed stuff

Hhhmmmmm, thanks for link very helpful but mixed reviews. We had a villa/beach holiday last year so we don’t really want another one. Maybe it’s not the place for 10 days

Interesting thanks, bit of moving and organisation required then

Think I did 5 last time, leaving 24 hours before I did the final light coat. I did sand it slightly finer than recommended though.

Thanks a lot guys, have taken the plunge on the alp X, will report back once tested.

Mayhem looked good but heard a few stories of ripped zips and fabric

Dare2B at £40 looks like a bargain but none my size unfortunately.

DT warrantied mine but it did take 4-6 weeks, I got a superstar one while I was waiting.

    Great, thanks a lot.

Has the mayhem got pit zips? There’s none in the description.

Paramo looks nice but I heard the fabric isn’t that tough, no idea if that’s true or not.

Cheers haggis, what’s the frame like, stiff or springy?

29er looks the nicest of the lot in my opinion but not ready to make the shift yet, still haven’t tried big wheels.

Being a chocolate snob I can no longer buy it now it’s owned by kraft.

Still never had anything better than:

Just seems crazy they can effectively lock someone up and throw away the key.

Loved the last series but didn’t really enjoy last night’s episode.

    *Spoiler*
I think it was the walking sack of flesh being able to cook and dress itself that was just not near future believable, I enjoyed it up until he walked downstairs from the bath.

Merlin are my first choice now, only had excellent service at some very good prices. Their hand built wheels have been great, though it’s a shame they don’t do dt swiss hubs any longer.

As above sports direct are good and when I bought mine you had an option to restring it.

The strings made a huge difference, a mate bought exactly the same racquet without the restringing and it was a lot less accurate and not as smooth to hit with.

Helpful list of what is compatible here:

    http://forums.mtbr.com/drivetrain-shifters-derailleurs-cranks/dyna-sys-10-speed-compatability-9-speed-shimano-systems-646014.html

As I said above your front shifter will work absolutely fine (I’m running this and it’s flawless). The front mechs are slightly different to accommodate for the slightly narrower chain and larger shift ramps on the chain rings. From my experience a 9sp front mech will work but require slightly more adjustment to get it working smoothly.

Great, will be making a trip over there way soon then.

Do you think they’ll be able to pop out or fill a 5mm dent on a steel frame?

Might try this, but not sure it will work on narrow steel tubing

    Yep, exactly the same
