and don’t forget to add in, that any ground tremors experienced are something that generations gone by had quite often due to mining operations, its only in recent years that due to the reduction in mining in the UK that things have settled down.

Thanks all it was a case of right place right time rather than any talent so it’s likely to be a one off event so I’m not that worried about any fees for it. But I do feel uncomfy about people passing it on themselves and profiting for it so the CC route is the way to go for these at least.

For a similar price to the Surface RT you can pick up an Asus VivoTab Smart, difference is that it is similar size tablet (and battery life) but uses an x86 CPU so it has the full version of Windows8 rather than the restricted version on a RT tablet.

What does that all mean? Full version of Office will run on it along with normal Windows apps rather than just being restricted to the Windows store.

Windows 8 works quite well on a touch enabled tablet along with a Bluetooth keyboard, I use it on my travels with work as I don’t want to lug around the combined weight of my works laptop and personal laptop, so a tablet with a tiny matching slim keyboard is a huge weight and space saving.

Be careful, you have to take into consideration not only what frequencies but also 3G standards your phone works to compared to the US mobile carrier. It’s not as easy as most of the rest of the world where any SIM will do some of the US carriers use standards that might not be compatible with your phone, oh and as with any mobile provider some are better in certain areas than others.

The Mangler, due to the amount of times the air ambulance has been out on it. The Mangler II starts/finishes in the same places as the Mangler but is half the distance so is a lot lot steeper, it’s one reserved for the weeded out.

There has been a built up one on display in Alf Jones for a while now, it’s on my list of if I turn funny and go for odd sized wheels bikes. Really really nice in the flesh (steel)

Pork Powerbar otherwise known as the large Sausage Roll, pasties are ace too. Something you can eat without guilt after riding for a couple hours and also ideal when you stomach rebels against something sugary.

I hope that was a 650b with the torn rubber, after all you wouldn’t want to be considered weird or twisted pumping away over a 26 or 29

Cy and Paul at Cotic, I broke my Mk1 Soda a couple months after the warranty ended and they sorted me out a replacement frame (Hemlock as the Mk1 Soda run had ended by then) with some parts thrown in straight away.

Howies had a problem with a delivery recently and they responded brilliantly.

Amazon when my first Kindle died I contacted them via the website within minutes I had a callback and was seamlessly dealt with by two levels of tech support in different parts of the world, with all of my case details correctly forwarded between them and finally a rep who arranged for a delivery of a new Kindle and the return of my faulty one (I’m in Telecoms and the level of website/CRM/virtual contact centre integration was perfect for the end user experience, top marks!)

Skyrim I have to take a break with now and then its too bloody addictive for me.

Dishonored I’ve started to replay from the beginning in a more ethical/stealthy style rather than be just a mean bugger.

Minecraft in survival mode, got versions on my phone, PC and Xbox to get a game whenever I need it.

Got a Moga for my phone which has transformed gaming, so N.O.V.A.3 for FPS and Ravensword2 for RPG when I’m travelling.

Got the silver from DigitalRev quick delivery reasonable price and as I’ve had cameras and lenses from them in the past I knew I’d get it hassle free.

Next time you have a BSOD take a look out for a something .sys file make a note of the name and do a Google on it chances are lots of people will have had the same issue and found an answer. Common causes are Graphics card drivers, but saying that as above only time I’ve had them on my Win7 desktop is by tinkering with memory settings.

http://www.gigaclear.com/ doing the likes of Rutland Telecom springs to mind. But please be aware things are a changing in 4G land, with the relaxation in rules over usage of spectrum along with the recent auction in the same expect lots better that the current pitiful coverage offered.

Watch the NatGeo program on him, it’s more than just taking the drugs, according to them he snitched up ex members of his team when they moved to other teams, put lots of pressure on whistle blowers and in his confession on Oprah was careful to only admit to stuff outside of the statue of limitations.

There is a battle of wills going on for sure, the other half has a horse and he’s known to be a right b’stard with strangers but he follows her around like a puppy, just treated with lots of kindness and with him lots. What I have seen a lot of down at the stables is tiny teenage girls leading 2/3 horses around no problems at all and yet their owners struggle with them. Calm confidence and lots of contact seems to work well. As for the ‘highly strung’ horses there’s the impact of the feeding they are given which plays merry hell with their digestive system and temperament as a result.

Kettle full of hot boiling water on the crank/pedal interface will loosen things off enough to get em undone. Plus 1 for Scapegoat with the scaff pole which should always be next to the toolbox.

Rinse it out and put it in the freezer end of problem. I just use Milton on my bike bottles now n then. For a cruddy tube try steam cleaning it by sticking it onto the end of the steam attachment on a Espresso machine, works a treat.

Seen this happen as a mod elsewhere, at first thought it was a bit of prior friction between two new members with some history, the reasonable one and the more vocal one, but with a bit of research the reasonable one turned out to be Tw*T no other way to describe the person and the vocal one was just being really open and honest about their feelings about the Tw*t.

So my tip is talk to people no doubt they will/are/have been in other groups and might have had prior experience of this person and this person will have followed a similar pattern, before people have got fed up of them and given them the heave ho.
