I’m sure you’ll be pleased. Just make sure you triple check before you order.

    Footflaps

Yes panels cost money!! Colour matched units are the future.

    No worries bushwhacked.

I’ve fitted quite a few of them and compared to Howdens etc they are a step up in quality. Prices are very good aswell.

I fit kitchen for a living. I’ve fitted Howdens, b&q, Wickes and many more.
I’ve got 2 kitchens in my house and both are from http://www.diy-kitchens.com. Check web for reviews.
Best advice is dont scrimp on work surfaces, it’s what makes the kitchen IMO.
No advice on how to finance just make sure you can afford it.

Bought a Tomtom, one of the first ones out. Had it 18 months and I was going to France and wanted the maps.
Thought I’d sell old one on eBay and use to fund new model with euro maps.
They were going for £150 ish. Posted it and got a mail of a fella a mile from my house offering £200 if he could pick it up straight away. I dropped it off for him and then drove another half mile to halfords with a voucher code of the net and picked up new one for £225. (Without the euro maps it was £189!)

As stated don’t buy boots online, and IMO what’s even worse is trying on in a shop and then leaving and buying cheaper online. Keep doing this and there won’t be a shop there next time you need anything.
    1 pair of thin socks.
Your toes should touch the end of the boot, when you flex your knees and ankles (if you’ve been taught properly) your toes will pull back slightly.
Keep an eye on heel lift but IMO, most heel lift whilst riding is down to poor technique.
If the boots that fit best are pink with yellow spots, buy them.
Take a daytime afternoon off work so the shops aren’t as busy and take your time.
    Don’t have a budget.
I have salomon synapse, there like a pair of slippers, I’ve woke up in the morning with them still on, grabbed my jacket and straight out again!

The resident can’t decide, it should go to a vote, at least that’s what happened in my street. I live in a mix of 20 flats and houses. Three have drives, me included.
When the scheme came out we were allowed max 3 permits (zero car/zero permit – 3 cars/3 permits) and a visitor, all free, these could be swapped to different vehicles even though they had the reg no on.
The council painted parking bays, my street is very narrow, they left about a 3ft space in the middle of the road? Came back a few weeks later and painted them black. We now have lines across the entrance and exit of the street.
The permit had to be renewed every year. After the first year all the permits issued ran out on the 31st of July. The wardens issued 7 tickets at 8am on the first of August to residents ( me included ) for expired permits.
Last year they council decided to allow 1 free permit and a visitor permit but if you wanted extra it was £20 per year and none of these were transferable. So now I have to pay to park outside my house.
You will need a permit to park across your drive as relitaves have had tickets for the doing so.
What pee’s me off tho, I live next to a park and sat afternoon and Sunday when the parking are off duty, it a free for all!

After three weeks of snowboarding I would consider you a beginner.
I’ve been riding 18 years and consider myself an early intermediate.
A burton custom is a lot of board for beginner, although the over the last
few years they have softened them a bit, but your going to have some
problems with binding as they use a different hole pattern.
Uk size 11 puts you on the boarder line for a wide board, which at your
weight I would stay clear, what binding angles do use.
    Good boot choice.
    Some boards to consider.
    Atomic hatchet
    Ride agenda
    K2 dark star
Rome? Not sure of their range but are great boards.

I swapped out my lights to LEDs earlier this year. Got them of eBay for about
    £8 each. 9w I think/50 w equivalent.
They seemed a funny colour at first but I don’t notice it now. Just as
    bright as well.

The shop I ordered it from (they ordered from distrubutor) said they were
getting low on stock. Had no green left in 44cm, I wanted the grey anyway
    so it all good.

    Hi

I’m a kitchen fitter and have fitted hundreds of howdens kitchens, lots of b&q and many others.

Howdens – trade only (or supposed to be), reasonable cabinets, doors etc but as stated appliances or poor. Great for sorting out problems as items are usually stock.

B&Q/wickes etc – off the shelf and the budget stuff, very poor quality, higher end stuff (Cooke and Lewis) good quality but pricey. But………. Customer service is shocking, designers are shocking and fit prices are shocking.

Ikea – these are in a world of there own, not bad for the price but very quirky. No service void behind the units so there is no room for cables/pipes etc behind.

I have used for my own kitchen and many others, a co called diykitchens. The cabinets are colour matched, very high quality and the range of doors are what you’ll see in most high street retailers. (door supplier is PWS). Prices are very good, I’ve had customers that have had quotes for the exact same door from a high street showroom (they all get their units made local) and have saved nearly half of the supply price. Do a search for reviews on them.

The best bit of advice is get a good fitter, he can make a £1500 kitchen look good but a bad one can make a £10k one look s***e.

    Regards
