See section “v” permitted zones where no capping or conduit is req.

If you order the doors off diykitchens they will rent you a hinge hole drilling jig for £30.
I bought one as I fit kitchens as my job and they make life so easy!
It’s the height that is important with regard to the doors as unless they are custom doors the widths will all be about the same.

There is no regs with regard to using any type of capping as long as it’s in permitted zones.
If it’s not it should be steel conduit.
You can just clip the cables to the walls and plaster over.
The capping is used to protect the cable from damage caused by plasterers trowels and not a drill.
A sds drill would go through the metal capping in a second.

A stiff mix of bonding coat over the sides after it’s held in place with a few clip nails.
And use the metal stuff, the plastic is rubbish.

I didn’t have my phone with me. Prob wouldn’t have been able to make it out anyway.
There is a load of ducks living around the park as it has a small lake in it.
But I’ve never seen one up a tree before.

Na the dog didn’t see it. He’d left his glasses at home.
    It sounded pretty distressed tbh.

The wife had some ugg boots on eBay a few weeks ago. 99p start with £6 shipping.
Had someone who hadn’t even placed a bit telling me that the post office would send them for £2.60.
    So f***ing what?
And the amount of buy it now questions. If I knew a price I would have put them on gumtree ffs!

I have a Halifax card that gives free cash withdrawals and transactions abroad.
Always seem to get good rates when I get home and check.

I sold a drill battery on eBay a few weeks ago and couldn’t get any courier or RM to take it.
    Had to refund the seller.

20″ bmx tube for me and a 2l coke bottle. Only had one occasion where a puncture never sealed but there prob wasn’t much sealant left in it. Quick top up and a co2 blast and back riding.

At this time of year it’s cold and the poor blokes have to wait outside with thier knobs out whilst the lady has all the vehicle comforts.

My next door neighbour used to put dogs shit under the handles of cars parked legally outside her house.
Eggs on the windscreen seem to be her favourite now!

A single BU (600mm) oven fits into an oven housing. Usually about 720mm plus legs. A filler panel is fitted at the bottom.
A double BU (720mm) oven is normally sat on brackets fitted to the adjacent units.
A double oven (900mm) is fitted into a tower unit.

Mine has 2 rings and a big square that you can put whatever on.
But it is all at the same temp. Some of the newer ones remember the pan and it can be changed individually.

I fit kitchens and most electric hobs I fit now are induction.
Never had any complaints from customers.
I’ve had one in my gaff for about 7 years and it’s been excellent.
So easy to clean as they don’t get really hot and very controllable.
    You need magnetic pans.

The garage should have a enclosure box, the cables will go into that.
Inside there is a unit, there is normally a button on it that is for programming the fobs.
Try and find the make and reprogramme the fobs you have or buy another one with new fobs of eBay.
Do a search for “ellard” or “elard” on eBay, used them before and there pretty good. I have found it nearly as cheap to buy a new board and 3 fobs than buying a fob only.
Feel you pain, I got burgled years ago, scrotes even pinched my pet cockatiel!

“If you’re going yo go every year then ski. If not then board. Skiing requires more technique and a greater range of techniques and, fitness”

    Seriously?

There is some snowboarders that have progressed beyond the majority of side slipping resort riders you see.

I’ve been snowboarding for close to 20 years. My wife started at the same time and turned to skiing a few years ago, she reckons skiing is far easier.
I’ve never skied so I can’t comment, but what I do know is that when learning to snowboard you will take a bit of a beating.
If your prepared for that, give the snowboarding a try, if not, ski.
But……… My best advice is to get some good quality lessons as bad habits are picked up at an early stage and are very difficult to reverse. The second worst riders you see are self taught, the worst have been taught by second worst!

Best form of self defence. Not to put your self in a situation that requires violence.
Hitting someone is the last the last resort but if some one is coming at you….I certainly wouldn’t wait until he had hit me first!!!!

    I have a 1400 and an 800mm rail.
The 800 is fine for cutting work up to about 600mm.
I would buy the 800 and keep the 1400 for when you need it longer as it’s a faff to join them, fine if you’ve got lots of cuts to do but for the sake of £45?

I fit kitchens and use silicone/caulk etc every week.
    Removal, anything sharp, chisel normally.
Sealing stuff so it still looks good after 6 mths, I use more clear than white/black etc. just seems to be better.
Get a good skeleton gun, I get mine from UPVC suppliers, cost about £8 but they just work better than the 99p ones from b&q.
Apply sealant, then (call them if you want) using a wet 5/6mm 45′ chamfered sealant tool, run it over what you’ve just applied. Job done, no mess.
What I found when revisiting jobs after a few months, before I started using the tools, on a 90′ joint, after smoothing with my finger the edges of the sealant were unsightly and were peeling back slightly, with the tools you get a perfect 45′ fillet and still looked spot on.

I’ve been snowboarding for 20+ years. I’m pretty advanced at free riding (beginner freestyle tho!) and couldn’t give a s**t if my gear matches.
    At the minute
    black helmet
Turquoise nike acg jacket (£50 in the sale)
Dark green nike acg pants that are fit for the bin
    White and black boots/grenade gloves
Bit of a mis match but I’m very easy to spot.
To me what looks far worse than non matching kit, is the noob that’s spent a fortune, looks like Travis Rice and can’t get on or off the chair lift!

I’m off to Sierra Nevada (Malaga) on the 1st jan. Booked in April with sports luggage only. 32kg in my snowboard bag. Sent them a mail and pretty much got the same reply.

I would crimp it, but a jb is perfectly fine unless it’s buried (plaster/concrete).
Regardless of flooring it’s always accessible, it just depends on the damage caused to gain access.
Got to watch with the wagos as some of the 2.5mm ones arnt rated at 32a, but they are bloody good!!!

im pretty sure its not notifiable under “part p”, its not a new circuit and as long as its not in a special location then it dont need to be notified.

take the cover off and see where the cables run, hopefully there is 2, if they both go down or up, lift a board (upstairs or down) find cables, cut, identify they are the correct cables with a continuity tester and put a jb on them or crimp and enclose them. leave old cables in wall.
if one goes up and one goes down, get the sds out as its going to get messy!

I read this and nearly passed out after spunking £1150 on a set of steels and tyres for my trafic and a set of tyres for a Volvo xc60. All nokian.
They turned up yesterday and I fitted them to the van (car is getting sorted today), been out this morning, cold with a bit of damp and they were fine, no spin compared to the ones that have come off, steering etc seems ok.
I’ll report back with car results.

Kicking the board around using counter rotation is the equivalent of snow ploughing on skis.
I’d say at least 75% of resort riders do this as after a couple of days of lessons or taught by their mates they can get around and they never get any better. The “handbag arm” is the classic symptom.
Foot pedaling is keeping the upper half still with shoulder in line with the board and using your feet to control the four contact points. Once mastered it makes any terrain easily rideable.
I good tip is to hold onto the seat of your pants and ride, if you can hold on, your on the rght path, if not your using your upper body to turn.

I’ve got one on my right wrist. Had an MRI and it was confirmed as a ganglion. They advised me not to have it removed as it would prob give me more grief than leaving it.
When it gets bigger, I usually hit it with something, TV remote, hammer, sometimes rolling on a hard wall does the job. Always seems to come back within a few months.

I fold a square of whatever paper, lay it on ashes with a couple of fire lighters, stops them from sinking into the ashes.
Light then add about 8 bits of kindling, vents open and door slightly ajar.
Couple of mins, add a few bits of softwood, still leaving everything open for a few minutes.
    Add logs.

Sharp Stanley blade and it should snap very easily.
I regularly cut sheet aluminium the same way.
Edit:- Not for 6mm tho, jigsaw or circular depending finish required.
