    Pretty much.
I’ve booked via Avis. Opted for the “bypass the desk” and go straight to the car.

I’ve got three around my garage. 10w cheapies off eBay.
I have them running through a separate dusk/dawn sensor.
    There spot on.
Yes, the earth wasn’t connected when I got them but only took a few minutes to sort.

I’m 5’6″ and felt definatly stretched on the stock stem.

    Mine came on Monday. 51cm.
Had a quick 5 mile spin Monday night and changed the stem straight after to an 80mm I had lying about.
Done a 15mile loop today and it felt much better. It’s the first “road type” bike I’ve had since I was about 9 and I think it’s going to be well used.
As mentioned the gearing is quite high? I’ve ordered a 12-30 cassette to ease climbing.
It’s like a road bike that likes to go off-road!

Dislocated mine about 7 years ago. Resulting in a tear in one of my rotator cuff ligaments.
12 weeks of nhs physio and it was slightly better, lived with it for a while but ended up with a MRI to diagnose the tear.
Another 12 weeks of nhs physio and all was good.
My view now is if it still hurts after a month, find out what’s causing it, not second guess.

Ghetto method here. Only had one in incident that needed extra sealant and co2 in over a year.
    Plastic bottle method for sealing.
It does feel different. Not sure how but it does, they feel as if there flat and a bit squirmy but in a good way.

[Yes you can, speak to an accountant.]

    No you can’t,

“Please note that the scheme is available to UK tax payers who pay PAYE. Self-employed workers cannot take part in the scheme.”

You have to be in the paye system.

I could buy it, pay for it out of my pocket and offset it against my tax liability but my accountant wasn’t to impressed as I couldn’t really justify using it for business.

I’m self employed (10 years+). I supply and fit kitchens. I don’t work for domestic customers on a day rate. I do work for a company during school holidays @£160pd. After cis tax it’s £128pd or £640pw. Less diesel, screws, blah blah.
So for working my ass off, it’s not a fortune. As previously mentioned, factor in non pay time, books, pricing, sitting about when it’s quiet, cleaning van etc. I’d probably make more in a year being employed.
And I can’t buy a bike on the cycle2work scheme!

I’m sure you could. Howdens is trade but I’m sure they would sort you out. If not pm me and use my account.
Do you know where the existing kitchen came from if your trying to match it?

I served my time as a plater (steel fabricator) and MMA welding isn’t much cop for thin steel.
6mm is about the minimum. Anything thinner as previously stated you are better off with a MIG set.
They can be a bit temperamental at times but you will get better results.

    There won’t be a fuse.
    Turn leccy off.
    Take cover of fan.
There should be 3 wires and an earth wire.
Turn leccy on and test for 230v across all wires to earth with the lights off.
You should get 230v from 1. That’s the live.
Turn lights on and you now should get 230v from 2. That’s the switched live.
    The other is a neutral.
If you get all the correct readings the fan is ****.

I have serviced my own and others for years. Get a cheap iron. Scraper. Some wax, I use data wax from jib tuning.
Some beer and newspaper as the scrapings get everywhere.
Gentle heat on the iron until the wax drips off it but doesn’t smoke and off you go.
Have a few beers whilst it cools down and scrape off. Finish with a scotchbrite pad.
    Then back to the beer!
    Job done.

I’ve got a volvo with the city safety. The other half tested it out a few weeks ago by looking in a shop window whilst driving. Luckily it worked, stopped about an inch from the car in front. Recons she nearly sh*t herself!

    3×10 converted to 1×10.
Kept the granny, non clutch mech and n/w chain ring with bash. 11/36 cassette.
    Never dropped the chain once.

You could but I would sleep with a fire extinguisher nearby!
The easiest way would be to remove the pulls, making a note of where the wires go, then pulling the cable up into loft and reconnecting them, leaving the pulls lying in the loft.

Not so mid life but swapped things around a few times.
Served apprenticeship as a plater in oil rig construction.
Done that for a few years. Opened and worked a shop for 5 years.
Went back to plating then decided to be a kitchen fitter. Been doing that for 10 years plus.
Fancy a shot a snowboard instructing once my daughter is older!

Drilling tiles- use a masonry bit on non hammer backward for a few seconds to score then forwards.
I would use longer screws to hit the brick behind, make sure the plugs are pushed past the tile as they will crack if the plug is expanded by the screw.

How would the postie know what was in the package? And if he did open it, it just so happened that he has the same pair with duff parts?

You could deny that you had a radio but they are cunning will try and phone to catch you out.
My wife has a hair salon and have had to pay these for years.
Firstly it was PPS then PRS send a bill wanting back dated payment and costs etc.
Told them I needed proof of specific copyrights that had been infringed before I would pay any back dated payments.
Paid them for that year at the same time and they passed it on to collections but they got chased as well.

    Yeah flush with door.
If your replacing pelmet you can make the panels longer than the units and but the pelmet instead of having a return mitre.
ie;- if the cabs are 720 and pelmet 45 make the panels 770.
Fix with 30mm screws from the inside.

    russ295

End panels are widely used as a lot of kitchen supliers only offer a couple of carcass colours.
    I personally prefer them.
If the carcass is 270mm deep the end panels would be 290mm

    End panels?

    russ295

Yeah the hinges have 3 way adjustment. Up/down back/front and side ways.
    1000mm panel wold be fine..
700mm cab height sounds small, most are around 720mm with the doors being a shade smaller.
