the ps4 is better for gaming as it offer better graphics but the xbox one is more of an entertainment hub with better social networking such as parties and servers. i have the xbox one and love the thing, forza is just next level and i cannot wait to get GTA when it comes out next month. but if none of my mates had the xbox then i would have probably gone for the PS4. whatever you go for you won’t be disappointed.

    alternatively, buy more bike sh1t.

im about 85kg and ride like an ox and mine are quality, the 3 section internals make them seriously strong and feel so solid. never felt so confident on a bike before. PS- silver hubs look the best 😉

    use 5kg weights

    stand up straight and:

    – lift weights from your hip to eye level in front with straight arms – x10
    – have weights by your sides and lift up to be level with your ears with straight arms – x10
-shoulder press – hold weight by your ears and push up – x10
    -then x10 bicep curls

rest then do x3 sets a day 😉

got the SRAM RSC brakes on my mondraker and love the things, great bite, loads of adjustablility, the rotors look awesome and use 4 pistons in each caliper for extra power and they’re in chrome silver! only problem is the size of the reservoir

its a great laugh, would strongly recommend the uplift as it is fast and efficient. extremely rocky so a hardtail may not be the best idea but depends on how confident you are. i’d imagine you’d be fine but take it steady first couple of runs. go onto their website and see what spaces they have and get yourself booked on. cracking day out.

you want a dartmoor quinnie, fairly long with a steep top tube angle so your back wont kill after the first lap of the pump track,. plus they look mega.

With the narrow/wide chainrings and clutch mech there will be no need for a chain device, the 40/42 sprockets only work with 36 tooth cassettes so that shouldn’t be a problem. You don’t HAVE to change the cassette when replacing the chainring and chain but it is recommended. I’d personally go for a 32tooth chainring and have a hope 40tooth t-rex and loose your 11 tooth smaller cog.

    hope this helps.
