    Sorry forgot to finish.

Am I missing some thing about fantasy, as it seems tome that the glorified history stuff is pretty similar if you takeaway any knowledge of history.

Id probably be a bit ungreatfull and annoyed then go home and try the advice in embarrassment but of course never admit that.

I got a road bike, but having gone from riding jump bikes to dh bikes to a HT, i have no idea if im riding it right or not, my saddles probably to high my stems probably to long my bars are probably to low.

Nothing but good from me, I bought a Frame (second hand).

after a year of riding it hard, I had cracked the chain stay,I emailed on one,to see if they would recomend a welder, as i live very localy, they did and then also offered me a very good price on a replacment frame. in fact very similar to what I payed for the second hand one.

If its an ex dealer car it was probably registered on a different plate original and been adjusted since.

My old Astra as registered in the petrol co2 emmisions range instead of the diesel, on further investigation its origanal plate was H8 VXL,which i did by the end of my owner ship.

As I said plumslikerocks people with BO don’t tend to notice, especially if they start the day smelling Ok. Be very careful with approaching this subject and doing it privately is defiantly better it may be medical there maybe a outside reason for it that could be delicate or they may just be scruffy.

I have come home from working and my missus has made comments and I Havant noticed,i work hard and spend a lot of time doing manual work, but i shower before work and after, I take care of my appearance but sometimes just cant help it.

Looking at around £350 pp tops that was including flights that seems reasonableas there are plenty of them around at the min for around that self catered of course. for most of us it would be our first alpine trip in the snow i have done plenty kayaking and biking trips for around the same price but im aware that slops can be expensive.

We had a lad that had terrible BO, we work hard and he does too, we mentioned it quietly to him, so as to embarrass him as little as possible, he appologised and makes sure he has some deodorant with him now. he asked how long this has been an issue and was more upset that nobody had mentioned it before

The chances are they don’t realise and may not be down to poor hygiene, and will probably be embarrassed but thankful.

    Vizla?

Never met a friendlier dog, they thrive in a family environment are very easily trained and only have a single coat so shedding is minimal.

Do you think that there was a valid point in there about buses maybe, I. have found they are the biggest and most serious danger to me riding. And even if the rest was aload of rubbish maybe something good could be taken from that, I struggle to find much else to be positive about

Ihad an exchange with a Gentlman for over taking me (in my car) at a junction, I flashed him ashe almost hit a pedestrian,(there are no footpaths or lighting). He then blocked the road with his (guess what car) got out and started shouting, what buissness is it of your how or where i over take i did nothing wrong you ignorant female genitals. I agree it is non of my buissness but if he chooses to put me and another person in danger it becomes my buisness.

If the council have put lines there, they have done it for a reason people breaking the rules should be punished or taught what they are there for.

Unplug the battery, leave for a while and then remove the seats, its only 4 blotson each and 4 for the rear, they willdry our alot quicker so leaving them wont be to much harm.

the carpet has a liner under it usually about 10mm thick it stores water like nothing I have ever seen. However now your seats are out go and hire a wet vac and hoover the car thurally it’ll pull most of the water out.

I have a leak in the bulkhead of my focus so the carpet is constantly wet.

Btw it wasnt an anti English statment im undecided on the split and it doesnt matter what I think as I don@t have a vote as I live in england.

The facts of the matter are that the majority of British oil rigs are in Scottish water,if they go indapendant even if the oil becomes English they will still need to access it through Scottish waters.

On the NATO front, why? do the english not want to store it on there own land?

And as for EU, England wee recently trying to op out of it. there argument against is to stay in it, Make up there mind why dont they.

In Scotland they blame England, In England they blame Scotland.

Why doe the English car if the Scots go Independent, OIL.

if they go intendant Scotland with have to accept that if it fails they cannot blaim anyone but themselfs. Idf it succeeds there is nothing for them to loose, either way appart from Oil and Docks with a greater cappacity for work england has nothing to loose either way.

Indapendace isn’t about alex salmond and anyone who thinks that is an idiot. its about getting the ability to vote in a parlament that is closer and more insync with the surrounding area.

Cammoroan should have a debate with salmond or not have a say.

It repulses me that one of them may be released in 45 years.

I would not wish harm on any human but I hope they spend the rest of there days, in solitary confinement with nothing but basics to survive on.

I hope they live long quite lifes with the company of nobody, and that there crimes/appeals recive as little attention as possible as they seem to feed of any kind of publicity as (marturisum) which seems to make them happy.

My thoughts are with lees family, and hope they are provided with help they may need to move on to a better place in their life. Nothing will ever replace a Son, Father, Husband, uncle, brother or Friend.

    http://www.lyst.com/shoes/new-balance-mens-mt710-trail-running-shoe-navyyellow/

these are the shoes i have they are great grip size however Newbalance for some reason thought it would be wise for those yellow triangle to not just be part of the design but arch into the shoe as well. crating a preasure point.

When just walking around in them they are fine but once running you start to notice it very quickly

Been looking at the Addidas once and a few Asics and muzumos, tried them on a tred mill but it wasnt anything like the running I do.
Plus a little pricie for me at the min.

The addidas were a little tight and I needed a 9.5 to fit.

for those that have tried the more miles how do they compare to the other makes new balance, muzumo’s etc

Actually its classed as a solid white line and you are ment to manoeuvre all the way round it, as I was told by a court when appealing 3 points and a £60 fine.

    go to Gringo’s in town
Or, don’t. Went once, gave me a pretty severe dose of the trotts.

    Oddly, I havent been back.

On pulled pork in general, like any food, if it is cooked properly, its delicious, if it isn’t, it isn’t.

Sounds like the true mexican experiance then.

People can enjoy the outdoors without having to put effort in the Victorians were grait at doing that. And we wouldn’t have half the past times and hobbies we have without them.

I disagree with him drafting behind you but i disagree with people saying the likes of

However, i confident that 90%+ of full-suss Ebikes will be bought by lazy fat people – who will then use them on our trails

Its a bit like the car v’s bike argument,on who belongs on the road.

I dont know what you guys do but i have only encountered rude/bad drivers twice. maybe i dont ride enough 20 mile commute 3 times a week and genraly another big road ride at least once a week.

Last week however my gear box failed on my car, it stuck in first gear and wouldnt move, Unfortunatly i was setting of from a trafficlight and was stuck In an ASL not one or two but 3 cyclists shouted abuse at meand not a single one stopped to see if i needed help, every car that passed gave me plenty of room and some even offered help.

I genraly have a good opinion of cyclists and not fused by motorists but thisday really made me question whether people do dislike cyclists or whether we make a bigger deal out of small incidents.

The 2005 1.6 astra estate was super thirsty on fuel having had 2 and access to another 3 from my exemployer on the motor way we were lucky to be getting 35mpg. and the tax is quite high too.

according to a few of my friends in the industry a car such as an astra holds its value best doing 6000 to 8000 miles a year, and all of them stay away from cars with a lot less avarage miles on them for the fact that the chances are its been doing short cold runs.

when you get to the till at Aldi .. do you say ”tell you what i know it comes to £56.23p if i give you some christmas jumpers that ive barely worn and 40 quid will that cover it..”

You would be supprised, we always get people trying to get reductions.

however stick the r1 on ebay as a classified or gumtree, ebay it will probably go for more like the market value instead of the dealerships value, and gumtree you will get a few tyre kickers and sell it for what you realistic want for it.

If your heart rate is being increased for a period of time it wont be bad for you.

having your heart rate and working it to training zones does different things sertain areas use different types of energy and burn fat and sugers different ways allowing you to train for different things. I dont know much about it but as i say it cant be bad.

The use of words he deserves a slap is important, I think he deserve a slap, but then they all do it doesn’t mean I would go and do it.

My commute is great freindly, no stressed people, but it is at 5.30 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon and I live in the county side.
Deserving a slap and get one are 2 different things. Im sure the majority of people saying he deserved one wouldn’t get out there car and actuly do it.
