8O impressive WCA

the secret for me was just cutting out all the shit i was eating, i’m 5’10” too and used to weigh 14st, too much drinking, take-aways and snacking on crap through the day at work, it all pretty much dropped off when i decided to stop eating all that, I also started getting back into biking just at the weekends at that time. I now hover around 12 stone, cycle to work fairly regularly and try not to eat too much crap, I think the cycling allows you to eat some crap without gaining weight but if your trying to loose weight you should stay away from the junk. That probably all sounds a bit obvious.

what are you riding now? just buy a good bike in the region of 1000-1500, something from spesh, giant, trek, etc, yes it’ll be common but they are all great bikes these days.

does the sticker pack only come with one E and one R? looks like some one has been playing with the mechano IMO.

try undoing the screw bit on the end of the maxle too, mine often gets stuck partway through and this helps.

had a set of pikes for nearly 3 years, never serviced, still work great, i do give them a clean and put a bit of lube on after most rides and thats it.

the colour looks a bit dull, maybe be better on a sunny day, otherwise looks sweet.

I use paypal too for sending money to my own account back in the uk, for some reason banks (in canada) seem to have difficulty doing it and like you say charge a fortune.

they are just ok I would say and fine for xc but they don’t give you the same confidence you get from looking down at say a maxxis minnion on the front.

the trial website of yours is annoying, its trying to be too fancy and failing because of it. Something simple where you can see all the thumbnails the right way up with the big photo to the side of the thumbnails would look better IMO.

I’m hoping i’ll soon be wearing body armour and full face on my commute, heard rumors of our office moving to the bottom of the big hill that i live at the top of, there’s some cracking bike trails between my place and the potential new office, there are also buses that go up the hill with bike racks on, DH all the way into work every morning, bus back up the hill in th evening :D please let the move happen.

gotta do some purple ones, or maybe black with purple writing. And a decent fit so its not skin tight or huge like a bike girls nightdress.

SFB, try telling the people that were abused that punishment is irrelevant! quite a few of them seem quite understandably pissed off that they are getting off with this. Other issues around the world are irrelevant to this, those responsible should be dealt with in some form or another.
