Lots of carbs after the ride to get energy straight back into your muscles. I’ve been doing a lot of riding as well as a few other things and it’s keeping me going, I also take some protein before bed.

shocking! really!

nah not really, only issue was especially with that camera, crap frame rate, low resolution and narrow field of view. I have a Panasonic TS1 now which was better but still not as good as the super wide angle go pro’s.

end of a tripod cut off and then screwed through visor, can rotate up/down/left/right pretty much any way you want, haven’t used it much though.

Aren’t they now allowed to ask youths to remove face masks, that’ll solve all the problems!

I tend to stick what I want to quote in italics; that way I can edit it to discredit the original poster…

Copy the bit you want to quote and paste it into the message box, highlight it all then press “quote”. Then it’ll be quoted but wont show until you post the message. You’ll get

around the bit you highlighted.
Edit: DOH. too slow Mine was the best though!

Why does doing it in Italics only mean you can change whatever you’re quoting as crikey says? Surely this way means you can still write whatever you like ?

think this is the way i’m going next, i have an iMac which i just basically use for storing my media on, would be better off with just a mac mini hooked up to the tv. If you have the mac mini, I don’t see a need for the apple tv though.

i think its more of a stinger problem the screws on mine don’t sit flush with the plate using an ISCG05 mount on a bullit. I filed the bolt heads and its ok but a pain in the ass at the same time.

On a pedestrian crossing, underneath the box with the ‘press and wait’ button on it, there is a knob (like a volume control) pointing downwards towards the floor, which rotates when the beeps are going to give blind/deaf people a tactile way of telling them it’s safe to cross the road.

just blind people, deaf people can see the green man 😉
