My charity is click Sargent childrenā€™s cancer charity, I give them spare time and monies as and when I can so thank you for the oxfam suggestion but Iā€™ll stick with them.
As to the shock choice, yes it maybe over the top in terms of weight and tech and thatā€™s why Iā€™m asking for advice.
Is there such a thing as an air shock by cc? Or is this just a wisper on the grape vine?
To be honest I miss my global ti hardtail and would love to get it back, I still ride like Iā€™ve a under me šŸ™‚
I just like the idea of having the adjustability of the cane creek, being able to set the damper for high and low speed bumps just makes so much sence.

The only way modern cars get the good mpg is he electronics and sensors, while these may scare people, reliability of these parts is very good. The main things I find working on newer cars is the lack of space to get a stuff, computers cad design a car that is so compact and well fitted that to get to some parts the only way is to reverse the assembly process, while this is annoying itā€™s the only way to get everything in

TJ, as is always said on these threads Dogs (like people) are never 100% in control they arenā€™t machines.

If you actually talk to any dog owner (even the ones who you seem to think are 100% in control) and ask him or her if they think that their dog is 100% in control at all times and they will confirm this is the case.

My two penney worth, would never say I was in control of my dog (cairn terrier) but I all ways have him on a lead and can give him a good yank back when things wind him up.

Report the owner, get a jab, next time keep riding because when you outside the dogs territory they ā€œusuallyā€ give up, if not put the bike between you and it

Love building tamiya cars, they always go together well and have good spares.
Some of the off road cars have three speed gearboxes, leaf spring just like the real thing.
Which one you get is up to you and what type of driving you fancy.
Myself I fancy the new rereleased sandsorcher or roughrider, these were great the first time out, and
They have metal parts, very collectable, buy two, build one and enjoy, keep the other as a collectable

I drive a ratty 60 year old land rover, this has two mirrors mounted on the wings and one on the drivers door and these are all the size of beer mats and still parallel park and reverse park if I have to, no power steering and more blind spots than a pirates convention.
The thing that pisses me of the most is if I have pulled in nose first to get the 8 ft of plaster board in is the amount of useless, thick witted, slow minded, brain dead, self centred numties that still try to drive around the back of me when Iā€™m halve way out, the look of horror as 2 ton of steel suddenly picks speed towards their eurobox never cecess to give me great pleasure.

Have a look at faber stoves, Dutch I think, very modern looks, have a 9kw and it heats the whole place if I leave the doors open. Have been known to open windows to try and drop the temp

If thatā€™s the 2007 price then a third of that would be a start

Painted, stickered, scraped, bent, dented, rubbed all these affect the price, pics may help, if not itā€™s worth what someone will pay and all our guessing wonā€™t help

Christoginger, have pins and plates fitted at time of break main thing is lack of foot up and down movement, itā€™s getting a bit better, the main thing is that I was so active and after three months sitting around and limited exercise Iā€™m getting very frustrated at how long this is taking

    Hi all
Titusrider, well Iā€™m 6ā€™4ā€³ and do tend to charge though things rather the finess my way around, as to feeling the limits of the rp23 Iā€™ve only been riding soft tails for a year and still stand and use my legs to soak up bumps but I donā€™t seem to find at if I adjust the fox (blue rebound valve) that it makes much of a difference to the feel of the bike (the pro pedal levers holds the shock while going up) so is it me being unsenative and unuse to a supenion bike or am I asking to much of the fox. To be honest thinking of going back to a hard tail bike, only got the litespeed cause of bike insurance payout and not being able to find the right hard tail locally.

At least the cricket team can win thingsā€¦ā€¦ Occasionally, more than the over paid tarts that ā€œhave a ā€˜ard weekā€ if they run around a bit more than three times in a week šŸ˜ˆ
