I had the same problem with a floating rotor and a set of 09 140m floats. I found a small ( Probs 1mm ) metal spacer and put it on my skewer between the hub and the fork leg. Hope this helps

Haldon forest just south of exeter is forestry commission land and there is a red graded loop there. Thats about as close to a trail center as you’ll get down south

I was thinking about this once, It’s such a good idea. I was riding the section of follow the dog from tackeroo to birches valley. Loads of great singletrack, a sprint climb, a few switchback climbs, werewolf drop few little kickers, rollers and berms. It would be perfect and i’ve run it in 6 minutes. Perfect!

Also look at cagiva mito’s and megelli 125r’s. All these options should get over 60mpg and reach about 75mph so should be fine on longer runs and A roads. They look good too

Aprilia rs 125 and Yamaha r125 both look great and ride really well. Check out the reviews. Older rs125’s can be found for under £1000 and newer versions of both can be foound for around £1500 if you look in the right places.

Because it decends better than 140mm should ever be able to and climbs really well. Shame it’s getting to small so has to go.

I started a thread about a week ago on this topic and ultimately I decided on the Nikon s8000 – £130 at argos ATM – 14.1 megapixels – 10x zoom – HD recording. I’ll punish you with some shocking photography from todays motoGP. Even in the drizly conditions of today the action shots were still sharp and the still zooms at the practise starts were excellent

Build

I’ve just finished mine and on £10 paper round money it was no easy task but you get your spec exactly how you want it and you avoid forking out for sale a new stem to adjust the reach on a new bike. It’s so adictive though and i’m already planning my new project. When I started I knew next to nothing but it’s really helped me appriciate my bike and learn to look after it a lot more.

I ride on my own up there all the time and i’m starting to think it’s only a matter of time. The car near the entrance took a liking to my pitch until my three mates came around the corner. I think some warning signs and some CCTV is in need

Chainslapp, Yes I have the road up the middle of the monkey links the main road into Rugely and cannock. It’s always going to end badly. It’s only a matter of time before the knock someone off at the bottom of the uppercliff throw the bike in the car and drive straight into the town.
