He has requested that anyone who has bought from him email him for a refund as he has been banned from STW. If anyone does think they would like a refund send him a email. If everyone who needs one gets their refund we need take this thread no further.

He has just offered a refund via ‘Jamie Banks’. If you have bought from this guy or any of the above emails contact him now. Looks like he’s realised he’s been caught and is taking the decent way out.

Hopefully the chap will see this a send them out to prove me wrong but several emails have been linked to him and if you check the Paypal transaction i’m sure it’ll tell you the money has gone to TTGVayZaa@hotmail.co.uk or Either Danny or Sean Madden. Google those emails and you’ll see he’s been at it for ages using the same paypals etc.

I hold my hands up, I got back from work and saw the advert for the bars i’ve been looking for for quite a while dirt cheap and jumped knowing they’d sell quickly. The guy sent pictures fine and i’ve used PP gift for years on here with no problems. It was totally my mistake, the guy had been on here a day and had a few things fro sale – all the signs were there but I was too eager to see them – 100% my mistake.

This thread is simply here so anyone who wants to can help me try and get this guy who has been at it for ages unchallenged. If I could get an address i’m sure the police would take notice. I’ve rounded up a fair bit of evidence I will try and get sent in a email to both PayPal and the Police over the next fews days.

Googling his number seen in other threads shows up loads of posts where he’s sold stuff that didn’t turn up.

TTG stands for a thetechgame which is a COD forum. He’s been scamming people on their too via hosting games. He’s done it on a lot sites any help getting the guy is appriciated.

I’m glad you’ve all chipped in. I made a mistake not checking posting history yes I owned up to that honest mistake. If you don’t have anything useful to say, why bother posting?

This guy has been at it for over a year and has been flagged up on here using the same paypal 3 times. I’m doing this now so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I’m sure you wouldn’t be so smart if you made a simple mistake.

I know it’s a tenner to you but he got £20 from me and does it every week. He’s sold go pros for £100 and over a year that really adds up. £20 is a nights work for me and I want to make sure I get that back and he isn’t just left to continue taking what amounts to £100s with no objection.

Nobby Nics look to be a pretty safe choice. I’ve tried Mountain kings and wasn’t partically impressed at all, lost grip ramdomly and rubbish in the wet however rolled well on hardpack. Tried Conti Barons next which were a near perfect winter tyre with so much grip however were far too draggy in the dry. I’m currently running a Specialized S-works Purgatory up front and an S-Works Captain out the back. So far, perfect all round tyre, Grippy, predictable and the captain rolls really fast.

Used my Epic kit now for over a year now – Both avid and Shimano. It’s been brilliant, the only problem is the threaded end of the synringe has a very small rubber ring on the end to provide a tight seal. I lost one of these but you can still bleed fine without it however a small amount of liquid seaps out so be careful not to loose it / Buy some spares. Other than that it’s been faultless. Buy the one without the 5.1 dot and get some from a car shop as suggested. That way it’s cheaper, higher quality and you get more.

I have an ’11 stumpy elite. I was a bit skeptical about how it would hold up to punishment coming from a pitch with dh wheels and 160 forks. I was blown away. As previously stated the brain works brilliantly, it’s responsive and there hasn’t been a moment that has phased it or been doing anything other than what I wanted it to be doing. Hard to beleive but I have to say it decends as well as the pitch too – high praise. I’m a big yeti fan but I the finish quality of the Stumpy is superb, the VFM is nearly unbeatable. I looked at the Stumpy evo but the standard SJ is all I can see I will ever need for the UK. Flies up hill and decends perfectly. I’m around cannock most weekends and occasionally at llandegla. If you see me, the bike is black and white, give me a shout and your more than welcome to throw your leg over it.
