Yep, got shunted about 10 years go. I was ‘too busy’ to get physio at the time and my neck still crunches now. But there’s no pain any more, nor is there any reduction in movement.

Make sure you get it checked out!!!

    OK some more facts –

I was originally from Saddleworth, so…..

The Wrigleys family were from Saddleworth, one of their sons went to America to make his fortune and made Wrigleys chewing gum.

Platt Brothers in Oldham, were the manufacturers of Spinning machines. They sold the rights to make/sell their machines to a Mr Toyoda in Japan. He then formed the Toyota Motor Company from the proceeds.

    Bernard Cribbins is from Oldham

    Eric Sykes was from Oldham

Phil Larder, the former England Rubgy coach, used to be the PE teacher at Saddleworth School (when my older brother went there).

(OK I admit it they’re not obvious at all!)

Middle class? I’ve never denied it. Goddam it my Rolex is broken!!!

I thought about this, while I am no expert, I don’t think your right on this. The hydrostatic pressure will increase with increased volume.

I think I’m right…the pressure relates to the height, which remains the same, whether the pipe runs diagonally to the high point or along the ground, then straight up.

Well if you insist on buying cheap watches! 😉

Wear it as a tight fitting skirt – you can vary the length from ‘modest’ to ‘gusset viewing’

Oh I see, in that case I might go for the schoolie girl pelmet stylee [8O]

I’d scare people to death if I went out in that fashion! 😀

yep, I put loads of weight on (35lbs) after giving up smoking. AND I conciously made sure I didn’t eat anything more than I was already eating.

Still struggling to shift the extra weight too. But I’m glad I’ve not had one for 15 months now, with no cravings whatsoever.

I had a giant boulder alu-shock. It lasted for quite a few years. When I got my Orange I kept the frame as I was going to build it up into a SS/Hack bike, but Mrs R reversed over it.

    End of frame.

BTW, it looks like OldGit has all the Giants!

Yep I agree about sharepoint. it’s horrid. Especially when it falls over and you have all the files stored as external blobs. Who ever thought of storing all the documents inside sql server should be shot.

Glad I don’t have anything to do with it anymore! 🙄

my dad used to ride a fixie, and he said that the only thing you have to worry is that you don’t tilt the bike over too much when cornering and clout the ground with the pedal!

pbr – I think Microsoft left those features out of the free version so you had to buy the full MOSS 2007 solution and create a publishing site. It would only cost you £80K upwards… (depending on users and internal/external access)

Joomla (or Mambo) and DotNetNuke are pretty good (depending on platform/database support).

If you’re running Windows 2003 you can download Windows Sharepoint Services 3.0. This will allow you to create a fairly comprehensive intranet. But it is admin heavy.
