As a foreigner, normally I think it does not change anything being pulled over 2 or 3 times in a row. If you had a french driving license, they would take points out of the license. Also I think they have a 10% allowance to allow for radar errors, so you might have been going faster. And yes the police like in every country in the world loves foreigners

I emailed specialized they told me that the 15 mm caps do not exist but may come out next year

I just got a pair from Freeborn, not sure about the 08/09 thing but not 15mm caps but they are not indicated in specialized website. Great wheels so far and incredible bargain
