Ok, pads changed and this may have worked, fingers crossed

If pads are contaminated can they been cleaned or are they ready for the bin.

No using existing pads (do have new if needed) cheap Shimano M486 pods.

When braking the just talk ages to stop, i cant even skid ( i dont do),even by pushing the bike with brake on it dose not stop, when the bike was new the disc just stopped, dare I say stick.

poss, I have bleed them a few times but TBH they dont stop as they use to.

When bleeding, all pads etc were removed as instructed but I dont seem to get it right, I wonder if I’m doing something wrong.

OK downloaded (I think), put DVD in but did nothing, now what do I do,

Now I REALLY confussed, I thought it was a 2 min job, Im NO PC geek, so Simon Simon terms needed.

MAin PC is running Window 7 (does that make a difference) and also run iTunes on that also.

Lol, guys, all I’m talking about is a road race over 50/60 miles with a high ave, road racing is fast.

TBH, it’s up to you, as long as you enjoyed it it OK.

I did 71 on Sunday with an ave of 19.2. When I’m racing 50/60 miles my ave is around 27/28mph.

Remember it all about enjoying your riding but riding the road is very different than riding your MTB.
