It can take years to become fully skilled in a proffesion or trade so after buiding a few wheels doesn’t make you a wheelbuilder.If you new as much as you think you know you wouldn’t be asking why/what happened on here would you? just my point of view btw it’s only by making mistakes that we learn.but one that doesn’t involve cost is a bit easier to swallow.

you should be able to without any problems,I’m running tech levers with old m4’s .all the hose fittings should be the same.

I think they just split the entire customer base in two and have two sales !!!.What was surprising though was the amount of sale items out of stock,but when you went on the crc normal site they seemed to have stock at the pre sale price .

it seems a lot of people are wearing out chains and cassettes at the same rate which shouldn’t be right.Iwas once told it’s better to get two or three half decent chains and rotate them at regular intervals (I’m sure someone will tell me I’m wrong) as this will extend sprocket and chain ring life considerably.or don’t bother checking your chain at all and end up having to replace the lot.its seems so many people ride exspensise gear and know nowt about maintainance then wonder why they £100+ bills from the LBS on drive train. This is not a dig at anyone just observasion.

yep SLX M661 is the way to go work great on a double set up.

on cobolt headsets you can’t take the bearings out because the upper and lower cups are actually the outer races of the bearings,that’s how they are so light.So to return them you’ll have to remove the whole headset.don’t know if you’d beable to regrease with a small syringe!.. Warning if you decide to remove,the cups are made of bearing grade steel and when whacked tend to shatter !!!!!.

is that why bikes shops use it to clean your claipers and levers and bars once they’ve bleed your brakes ???????.acetone free so it doesn’t affect rubber or plastic.If it affected stuff how could use it to clean brakes ? BRAKE JUICE FORK JUICE posh names for brake cleaner and silicone spray so they can charge you twice the price

basically mate it’s brake cleaner,availible from any car shop inc halfords in spray form albeit a little diluted usally acetone free so doesn’t attack rubber or plastic.If youv’e got a TOOLTRADE branch near you can get a 400ml can for a few quid halfords are a bit pricey for stuff

PROPEL !!!! complete waste of time,never replyed to any mails or ever seem to answer phone.Even had my LBS trying to ring them.maybe worth an email to xfusion to let them know thier distributors service,if you can’t get in touch with them how can you buy them. could be in trouble with service if propel have got any thing to do with it !!!

why don,t you just buy a hope mount and then everthing wiil all line up,and you can use cheaper discs
