i have the argyll bullseye wellies which are made by hunter. They have been the best willies i have ever had i have had these for about 4 years now and still going strong. I find cheap wellies to have very thin souls and seam to crack.

The revaluation i have on mine are u turn i just have them turned down to 100 the reason i use these fork because i picked them up very cheap second hand. The recons or rebas are probably a better option so i would look at a good second hand fork.

I have the exact same bike i changed the fork to rockshox revaluations made a massive difference its like riding a different bike. I would also consider changing the brakes too.

I would recommend switching to a good set of flats as i had bad knees from using spds. Also i have tried many different brands of spds so the physio told me to try some stretching exercises. Still didn’t make any difference so i got a good set of flats now i have no pain at all.

I Converted my old Kona expensive for commuting i run it as a single speed but im going to convert it to 1×10. Also the continental travel contact tyre is the best tyre i have ever used for commuting.

I have the v8s and the Shimano saints the Saints are alot smoother. also they don’t rattle like the v8s
