I thought there were guidlines that stated to use there own judgment. I cycle on the pavement outside work every day as i need to go down the road by work so im not crossing over to cycle around 50 meters to then cross again. I only go at walking pace anyway.
Hope your friend is okay. But it just sounds like riding beyond the trail conditions. If its a blind corner you shouldn’t be going full speed round it.
I have a lezyne hecto drive, brilliant very bright if you want it to be, lasts ages, tells you how much charge is left and easy to charge from any usb port.
I eat that by the bucket full, im not a fan of the artifical sauces, this is about as hot as it gets before they start adding additives. Such a nice fruity taste.
Well i went from a 66 RC3 to a Lyrik and while not quite as supple they are plenty good enough and a whole heap lighter. Damping is better though the controls make a big difference and plenty of adjustment.
I have yet to attempt removing my XX1 cassette not looking forward to it at all, i did remember to apply copious amounts of copper grease before installing though.

I put one in the cap and one in the base of the bottle. There not mega tight just enough to compress the sealing rubber. Then i pump to 80psi and it usually pops the tyre on and inflates to about 30psi.
