Same thing happened to me some 15 years back, me and the mrs had just bought our first house together and I was out on the bike doing some exploring of the area.
Riding through a nearby quarry I passed three youths with an air rifle (who I found out later were at least 17 as I saw them driving around.)
Said orate as I passed then heard the ping of the pellet wizz passed so I span the bike round and took off after them and they bolted.
I headed straight to the one with the gun and caught up with him ghosted the bike and flattened him with a right hook taking his stupid looking cap off.
Snatched the gun from his hand and was real close to smashing it when one of the others came back pleading me not to smash it as it was his.
At this point I had calmed down a little and gave them a bollocking about shooting at people etc and then went on my way.
It was a couple of weeks later when I found out the one that took the shot lived about 4 doors down on the same road we moved to.
I still see him now as we have kids at the same school, he never looks me in the eye………….scrote!!

If you take a look again on the last tree trunk drop as he rolls along it his rear wheel slips off but lands on a small branch, how he holds his nerve is crazy.
    Best all round rider imo.

There is no power to the box, just looks like a junction box with the wires and a bit of circuit board.
Cant drink wine up at 04:40 for work.
It’s day one and I’m pooped trying to decorate the whole house as my missis is a fussy bleeder.

Had to dash off for the school run, I parked near Bamford it was bumper to bumper all the way.
Had to chuckle to myself as a bloke in a Range rover pulled across to the white line to block the bikes only to have his mirror twatted by an oncoming campervan. 😳

We have a cockapoo (stupid name I know) she is part working cocker and is great, I too was steamrollered into it by the mrs and kids.
We all love her but the novelty wore off walking her in the rain etc for the kids after about 6 months or so.
However I have not regreted it as she was dead easy to train and is a lovely dog great round kids and other dogs.
I have bumped into quite a few other cockapoos in our village and they all seem the same temperment.
She loves long walks but she will sleep for hours too during the day plus they dont shed hair..

Thanks for the advice folks, I will leave it a week then get in touch with the agents. Just a quick question is it wrong ie legally to speak to the seller in person?

To be honest the second house has only been on the market a couple of weeks so he may change his mind if he gets no further interest.
But the first property had their house up for £200k on a road where other similar houses didn’t sell even though they were on for 190 and 195. Needless to say they too have now taken it off the market.
What if I were to go back for a second viewing and had a chat with the guy?(I don’t trust the estate agents tbh, as they were really keen on me making an appointment with their finacial advisor)

We have had our dog for about 8 months and she is a working cocker x poodle……
TBH I wasn’t too keen on the idea of one but we looked after one for a couple of weeks and fell in love with her.
So we decided to go for it and she has been great, we crate trained her from day one and she was house trained in about a week (setting the alarm at 3am was hard but worth it in the end.
She is always eager to please and is dead easy to train she doesn’t shed hair but we have to trim her as things stick to her like velcro when in the fields.
    Eva

I would say she is more Cocker than poodle and I would recomend them to anyone, in fact since we have got ours three people who had met her ended up getting pups of their own.

Larry don’t leave an old bb in the frame as when it goes in the oven the grease will heat up and run out all over your new paint,I used to use rock wool.
If you use rock wool you will have to run a sharp knife round where it has been once removed.

It was Kiveton Park CC I went out with only a small group on Sunday (8 riders). They get a bigger turnout during winter, hopefully I will be alot fitter when that comes around.

Doing the loop again tomorrow while it is still fresh in my memory.
