well it sounds to me that iv,e got to spend two days there. the trail map reads like a snake on speed so i,ll have to get my head round it.luckly for me my sister lives in strathaven so a great base,she couldn,t have picked a better place to move to(i,m from the wirral) .i,m up there for a week, 2 days at gt,innerleithen and kirroughtree.can,t wait till tomorow only a 4 hour drive and i,m right in the middle of that lot.thanks for the advice possie…..

got ya .they come out as one(rubber cover+bearing)

they are sealed bearings.the covers screw off and need replacing when worn…

thats great.do the rubber over seals lift out or pop out when you drive the bearing out from the oposite side?

they are the front hub bearings in stout hub on an 06 fsrxc pro
