Do you mean the eyelet bushes or the external ones.
    the eyelet bushings press out.
the exlernal ones also come off and you will need the apropriate ones.
    betd sell them.

    thers the email.
    Hi Rob,

if your looking for a helmet system I would

Recommend the 10deg spot with the XP – R2 LED (this is the one on the website)

It throws the light farther than the XP-G even though the G has more lumens

I have Gold in stock of the XP-R2 (add £25.00 for it)

The XP-G is only available in Hard Anodise (Gray) its not on the website and costs £280.00

I do not recommend this one because if you already have a bar mount system you’re just going to get

More light in the same place (not what you really need)

    Regards

    Del

    shedfull.
so you can adjust the angle of you feet to the pedal as i know i ride a bit toe out as my crank arms have a nice shine on them.
so yours and tons advice seems to be the road to go down .first get some platform ones, play around with cleat angle and keep them slacked off until i get used to them.

hi tjd.i use anti foaming race bike oil for mine(5wt).it,s avalable from a good motorbike shop.if not they will order it for you.it,s not expensive compared to mtb stuff.think mine was £15 for 500ml so will do many services.15wt is about the same price.other motorbike stuff is cheaper but worth the exta few quid for the best..

bit confused there.normaly to take out the air piston you remove the lowers, undo bottom circlip and take it out that way.not from the top as you say..
the 5wt is for the rebound chamber, around 118ml.
you post sounds a bit srtange and back to front.

she needs to understand that you need, have to have one.
her denying you one is pure cruelty.
everyone will laugh at you if you use a second rate light and this amounts to bullying and she wouldn,t want that now would she. 😉
