Not helpful but i always cut a slot in mine first as there an absolute B*****D to get off.
Boiling water usually does the trick then tap a stanley blade underneath(right round) to get it started.More boiling water and a small screwdriver.
The fact that high-profile fabricators like Troutie have moved on as well tells you that the DIY scene is practically dead now.
Yes but his lights are still the best out there.
I’m the proud owner of his LL and his baby trout for my bonce. They are still going strong and can’t be beaten….

There was a couple of posts on here about 240’s and 350 being the same but with the 240’s just being built lighter.
O dear. With them being out of norglides and your problems psycorp i just hope mine holds out.All good at the moment and it’s been well hammered.
Fingers crossed. 😕
I can recommend this.Comes with spare pins and a screwy thing that buts up to the chain underneath to keep everything tight when popping pins.Solid as well. link
Mini one as well for the bag. link
You don’t need to change the DU.When you order the offset with 6mm hole and the right width.just state which shock it is for.Fox,RS,CC,etc.Job done. 😉
I think i might have one you can have for postage.Off out now but will look for you later bud.
Yer the main ones on mine psycorp where silly tight but that’s to crack the thread lock.Iv’e just snugged up all of them not too tight at all.
In my brain the way the flange of the norglide rotates against the swingarm, bottom mount and linkage aluminium shouldn’t require a great amount of torque at all.
rotary.Iv’e just got my 16x frame built but before i did i slackened off all the linkage bolts to asses what torque was placed on the edge of those norglides.
First put a small aligning mark or the bolts and linkage then cracked them all off(thread locked)
Then torqued them back up with a calibrated torque wrench to align the marks back up.
Top two where miles apart so must have been just banged in.
I have used me superior brain torquing values to get them to where i think they all should be. 😀
