How the hell do you get these out.Looking at the driveside bearing there is a thread on the inside of that so has to be undone from the outside.
On the non driveside do you have to undo this from the inside.Allen key slips quite away in before it locates.
My brain hurts.
Got the non driveside out.Does the drivesde just undo the same.

Tried the shockwave disable a few days ago.Still crap. 🙁

Hey twohats.Yer iv’e read the charts and it,s 187 for the motion control and 184 for the DH mico damper but by looking at some images of the DH damper it looks a wee bit different to my mico. Being impatient really and should wait for Si tomorrow. 😀

O i wish it was that easy.The old damper inside the tube is half the diameter of the new one.
Oil levels will be different.Fogot to say it’s a 2009 coil non DH mico.

No tape on the rims though.New to wheel building so be gentle.. 😉
Is the 23mm recommendation off mavics site for tubeless tape as the internal width is what it says on the tin..
