i just used a (Butter) knife inbetween the pads to wiggle then back, it that makes sence

i get fri and sat off work, sat tends to be spend with the little lady tho. i also start work at 5.30 so wont want to hang about for too long after rides, thurs would be fine tho, if i’m good enough to keep up.
