It’s a Meta 4, the 5 never had that swingarm on it as far as I know.

But how comfortable a retirement do you need at 68, his net worth is estimated at $70 Billion, but Bill Browder says it could be as much as $200 Billion. Still it’s not bad for someone who is paid $187,000 per year.

He’s already built himself a nice new Dacha at a cost of $1 Billion known as Putin’s Palace, how much more can a man want.

You’re probably looking for something like this, https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/elops-500-e-low-frame-electric-city-bike/_/R-p-100394?mc=8379379&c=BLACK

Met a French ex school teacher out on the trails 2 years ago outside Olargues, he’d ridden up from Beziers on a Decathlon electric bike, had 2 batteries, he was the same age as me 68 and had a heart bypass op a few months previous, so to get him cycling again his children bought it. At that point he had traveled 64k on it and still to get back to Beziers. At the time it was less than 750 euros.

Putin has only ever had one exit strategy, to make sure that he has his hands on the levers of power until they put him in his wooden box

Both those pairs from Decathlon and Go Outdoors are not waterproof

I’ve been wearing Salomons for the past 4 years but have switched now to Inov-8, they are better cushioned and a better grip, you could do trail running in them as well.

National stats would dissagree with that, in 10years wage growth mean UK 2%, France 0.4%, Germany 1%, USA 4%, EU 2%.

A lot of prices are what someone is willing to pay. Take that famous flip flop begins with H made in Brazil, in the shops in Brazil for £4.50, in the UK shops over £20.

In the mid Eighties I was talking to a dress maker in London who made dresses for a high street brand, out of his factory which was in London at the time, £8.50, in the store £85.

Or the very well known running shoe company, chinese factory price £2.50, shop price £84, this was 15 years ago.

There has always been a big disconect from factory to shop.

The pound and the stock market are already priced at a no deal, so if there is a deal both will probably rise a fair amount, if no deal not so much.

Sorry intheborders but you said in the last couple of years, that’s 2018, the highest for that year was 1.43. You’d have to go back to 2015 to get to 1.55, that’s 5 years ago.

    Also 1.55 to 1.30 is 16%

If you realy want a headline figure over the laqst 10 years the Euro has fallen against the dollar slightly more than the pound.

But do note the value of Sterling over the last couple of years, down pretty much 20% against major currencies.

Where did you pluck that 20% from, over the past 2 years the pound has not moved against the dollar, it’s been up it’s been down but 2 years ago it was ranging around 1.30 the same as now, Euro is pretty much the same. Even if you take the dollar/pound from January 2016 up to the referendum 2016 the pound was averaging at this time 1.45 so it is only 10% down at this moment.

Took them 3 days last week to get one parcel to me. For 2 days they said there was no one there, 10 people must have become invisible, some of them were outside.

The worst senario on mpg is 30, my A class MH on a Fiat chassis weighs 3500kg OTR is 2.9metres high and over thousands of miles driving at times some steep terrain that’s what it’s returned. Others I know with long wheelbase high top panel vans 30-33mpg.

I must admit I don’t remember seeing any lost husband notices on trees at the time, did see one for a lost cat called Henry.

Mind you it did have at the bottom, “sometimes answers to the name Henry Saunders”

I’m afraid Whyte lost a market when bikes for the vertically challenged were dropped, very few models in an S size.

For the past year I’ve had a MM up front with a DHR WT 2.4 out back on my Aeris. Haven’t found much that this setup didn’t like. Before that I han an Agressor 2.3 on the back for 2 months, took it off for muckier weather. My Meta before that always had a MM on the front with various tyres on the back, the DHR seems to be best allrounder I’ve tried.

Bilbo buy their vehicles back, talk to Steve or David 01342 892499

Or you can get advice from the Motorhome Sellers Advice Line 08080 600 600

The more options you have the better on how to proceed.

As the bike is not fit for purpose and Marin acknowledge that I would give the seller 7 days to rectify the problem or you will reject the bike, which you have right to do by law.

What should be on there is a Sunrace 11-51 cassette with Shimano slx shifters and mech with FSA cranks and KMC chain.

So have you checked that is what is on your bike, is it a different make of cassette or different teeth.

I’d try them in different positions, down, up, and then decide what was the best for you. We all have different body shapes and flexability so it’s down to the individual what is most comfy for the riding they do.

Always remember that you on a bike have to give way to pedestrians and horses.

Even my gravel bike with a 70 degree HA will ride down pretty steep stuff, so I can’t see a bike with 66 degrees and 2.6 tyres being any problem.

Even my old bikes I rode in the mid eighties with 70 degrees and rigid forks with 26″ 1.95 tyres tackled anything.

So that leaves two things, poorly set-up bike or skill.

    robertpb

If I were you and it’s what you want buy it change the tyres for some decent gravel tyres and then go ride it.

When stuff wears out swop it out for what you want. As it is it’ll do what you want with the tyre change.

You are are not going to improve your bike in any way by putting bigger tyres on it, if it were a hardtail you’d get a bit more cushioning, but with 140 on the back and 150 up front I don’t see that.

Bigger tyres make the bike more lethargic in turns, I don’t see any gains, if there were gains in terms of speed then Enduro racers would have them on their bikes. In the Magic Mary 2.35 you have the second most common tyre in the Enduro racing world.

B day passed on the 31st January 2020. The forecasts I have read see the £ rising past 1.20 by the end of 2021, one I read said past 1.3 as for 31st December 2020 pick a number any number.

Is it possible you have a malformed tyre, that would show up with lower pressures.

So what size MM, rim and psi. I’m running a 2.35 on a 30mm rim at 17psi and no problems. Is it centered on the rim OK.

The saddle on this bike may be more condusive, it will stop you sliding off going uphill or downhill.

Wheel sizes are actually 26″ 27″ 28.5″, so it’s either a case of everything is bigger in the US or men just need to boast of that extra half inch.

We back in the early 80’s we just called them 650B’s as Geoff Apps hade settled on this size as the best for MTBing.

There isn’t a 2.35 Magic Mary anymore only in 26″ they come in 2.4, 2.6 and 2.8. So it’s easy to tell old stock from new.

The 3 years was actually what came out of Elon Musk’s shareholder Battery day yesterday 22nd September 2020

That $25,000 Tesla is 3 years away according to Elon Musk, so that’s probably 4 plus years.

This sounds more like a sealant problem as most will at least seal a hole upto 5mm.
OK the valves might not be doing the best of jobs but they should still seal.

What sealant are you using and is it mixed properly and used straight away, like in seconds not minutes.

Three years ago we spent 3 months in France and spent a grand total of 140 euros on aires worked out at 1.50 euros a night. The following year 3 months again this time a mix of aires and campsites, some of the new aires with leccy 10 euros a night, some campsites 10 euros without. The campsites run by the local council out of season are usually the cheapest, but lots of them close out of season.

I’ve not had that problem with it. I shake it upside down, then pour it into the tyre within seconds as it soon settles. If you’ve used a fair amount of the bottle then probably used a lot of the milk and left a lot of the solids in the bottle that’s why it’s clogging.
