Hora – i have similar before riding (coffe) if not more. Just make sure you have a glass of water for each cup of coffee you have. I also dring a 500ml bottle of water 20mins before riding.
2L of water during 4hrs of riding and a big drink of milk straight after finishing (this is on a HOT DAY like yesterday)

Coffee has very little dehydrating effect

sounds like a dodgy seal between +/- air chambers imo pulling travel down. i would get em checked where you bought them from IF you are the original owner, if not a seal kit will sort it

not very good imo – not set up and not much to watch

I am thinking that as the pedals have a bearing on the outside end only and bush at the crank arm side i will fill the gap behind the bearing with grease, put the bearing in and do the nut up to hold the pedal on the axle. more grease on top of the bearing and then the end cap

also thinking easier to get the seals off to put grease in

what do you do about the bush? how do you replace it and what with?
