interesting Schumi + Vettel won ROC , in equal equipment Schumi can still beat the rest. would have been nice to see him in a Ferrari or a Lotus next year, perhaps theres still a chance!

ummmmm was there no mention of that young british woman who won a tennis open on like her 2nd attempt (unlike murray) and became the youngest british one to do it, as well as the first one in like 60years!!!!!!! ?

nice to see wiggo get it, although getting some more of ennis in that dress is a little more preferable than wiggos velcro suit :-)

i had a new set like this a few years back, took the lbs ages to sort, i think it was something to do with the cable end holding the fluid and the connection to the mechanism /calliper right after the entry point into the said caliper. sorry i dont know the details. certainly if one side moves ok when the other is held, its nothing to do with the piston operation/

5th – just where do you think Merc will get that speed from, and taking a look at the amount of mechanicals they had this year, i highly doubt Lewis will trouble the top 10 at the end of 2013.
Merc gave up on the 2012 car just after monaco, understanding that the development route and time on DDRS just did not give them the rewards in the race they needed and also gave them a lot of problems with front wing adjustments and balance, as well as thier inherit ability to totally rip up the tyres.

given all that, with ZERO testing, they wont trouble many next year.

    how it will play out.
    1. everyone will complain about the route and no one thinks it will be any good
    2. politicians will claim its the greatest thing ever for yorkshire, uk, the world, and the tour since the invention of Time.
    3. promises of a new era of cycling in britain
    4. route will be turn out to be a great spectale
    5. although elderly caravaners will complain about the disruption and drive through closed roads causing a day of choas.
    6. a sheep will run across the road at somepoint.
    7. it will rain every day
    8. it will be a great event despite the above
    9. #3 in reality meant more money for Boris’ superhighway
    10. 2014 after july, no one will every care or know what happened in Yorkshire as the one new cycle lane that used to be a path no one used is built in Leeds city center that doesnt connect anything to anywhere and ends up being part of a million quid MP scandal that claimed for compensation money as it went past one of his houses he was renting for his ex-wifes dogs kennel owners parents.

Nico should be worries, he’s lost a big ally, he needs to make this season against Hamilton count, otherwise he will be gone.

I suspect a season of crashes and mechanical breakdowns for Lewis and who knows he may have a get out clause in his contract to go and visit Ferrari in 2014…

with these kind of jackets, you do get what you pay for, personally “montane range on a sale” is the option i would go for.

i’m guessing they will prevent the 2 old peeps pulling a caravan up a 25% at 3mph on a single track road from slowing up the pellaton.

i think this is a good think TBH.

independents selling old/new vinyl or niche music + niche audio systems would hopefully spring up.

the market has been moving away from physical media for ages, this will mean it will move to online retailers selling physical media, and then eventually just the data stream of it. potentially coming direct from the media owners who will then cut out amazon etc. in the future.

TV’s/media devices will get so that you simply pick the film/music you want and it propagates to all devices you own (probably just linking to a cloud service and you dont actually download anything at all) and the cheapest price currently offered. or some monthly subscription based platform.

F1, lets talk about REVS then on the BBC Micro.

PACMAN has to be the biggest single wide-ranging game that got everyone into thinking about games as a mass market money maker!

ditto on riding for Rotorua and Wellington. Taupo also has some nice trails now and hotpools for soaking in .
for sights get out of the north island (although Taupo has some nice mountains and easy tourist walks) and head to the south island. camping is the best option. most motels can be a bit on the cheapo quality side, but theres plenty of them to choose from.

supermarket food isnt as cheap as here and indeed if you want anything free range/organic you’ll have to hunt for it and pay through the nose.
eating out is also about the same as here outside of citys.

last time i was there at that time of year we had 3 months of solid sun.

dont ride on the road in auckland.

    update-ify.
so it seems rather than things getting cheaper they are getting dearer,
the stove itself is quite cheap at 2800 all in, but, for a “straight forward install” (from the horses mouth!) + 1 new radiator in the lounge, we are quoted over 5600 + 5% vat!

1400 for labor for a 2 day install alone!

are they havin a laugh up here or what?

i flicked over to see the Swiss version, just for the views and the memories of cycling up those mountains on and off road. its a stunning place.

Portilo was all banging on about the clean trains, efficiency and ease of use, ability to go anywhere – something promised by his Tory government upon privatisation…..

it was always going to be a non entity because if Ferrari lodged its appeal, then RBR would simply have told the FIA to withdraw webber from the race results and a made up infringement that was not covered in the post race inspection (i.e. they changed his car setup on the start line before the race) and RBR would have taken a 10,000EU fine and still won the title.

it would have plunged F1 into yet another “shoot itself in the foot” controversy showing it was far more concerned about minor tiny rule following and post-race infringements that the sport itself.

personally there should be a simple rule change that would state if the stewards didnt see it or report it during the race, then it cannot be brought up otherwise.

existing wood burner has lined flue, already have all pipe work from existing stove into c/heating and hot water tank, potentially just need electric hook up for the pellet stove, fitting to existing flue
    at least i hope so,
    find out tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

agree about Lost – oh my how a series could build everything so high and then ruin it with clearly hastily written last few eps.
along the same theme , look at Prometheus!

initial over the phone estimate has it as 2000 for the stove/w back boiler and 800 – 1000 install.
then 950 cashback from the government

    hmmmm looking promising.

well, ive seen some nice 1m high by 56x56cm pellet stoves that do heating and water, for 2500 inc vat with delivery- would that be just a slot in install replacing current wood stove that has the 4 pipes for heating/water? theres a 950quid rebate from the government for it too.
any idea how much an install would cost on top of that pellet stove price??

    >>Did I see at the end that all races are live on the Beeb next season?
no the exact words were :
“see australia live next year and the entire season will be covered by the bbc”

this bbc/sky rights is tied up until 2016 i believe.

congrats Vettel. great race to end one! Alonso drove his guts out all season.

BBC coverage what a pile of self-bloated crap – forget the musical interludes, slow mo’s and all that sh**. and sack Eddie and Coulthard, and just give us full season live races…..

Hamilton 2.0 is just Hamilton 1.0 with a different front end, underneath still the spoilt brat thats wasting his talent for money and fame… he’ll never last the contract with mercedes and we’ll see if he ever gets back into a decent car………

as for Interlagos, hoping for a tight race with Vettel out on the first corner and alonso battling from the back to gain the points he needs…
    bit like Button did !
