gators are great for high k’s commute, but for performance riding go elsewhere.
23 25 f or rear , just go with what you feel gives more comfort, ive gone both directions and went with 25 all round
dont discount stem, handlebars, fork changes for comfort to . my cross has a lovely flexible front fork that gives a lovely road ride.

theres a campsite right near the center of grand bornand, i stayed there for over a week, they have apts of various sizes as well as pitches for camping. its a great site and the couple that own it are really nice. they have a few garages/sheds where you can lock up your bikes if you need too.

electrolytes sachet or energy squeezys for when you have water,
breakfast is really down to personal preference.

    biggest thing though is PACE
dont get caught up with other peoples race
run well within yourself for the first 10 then up it slightly for the last.
    most of all
    enjoy it

McLaren i think will be better off from focusing on a number 1 driver much like all the other teams, (yeah i’m talking about Red Bull too, even though they try and not show it, by the mid season it was obvious even though they all denied it), unlike last year where they went the wrong way for Button but it was the right way for Hamilton – IMHO, Buttons “form” returned when it was probably known internally that Hamilton was not going to re-sign for this year, a shift of focus towards Button perhaps.

If Ferrari can produce a fast car from the start, they are taking it as Alonso is driving the best he ever has if last season is anything to go by.

one thing is for sure, for some reason last season i started to not like F1 as much as i once did, and i wont be tuning in for every race. perhaps its the BBCs coverage that just annoys me far too much.

I think the biggest thing to come out of it for me was that Lance is actually not a nice person wronged “by the era of doping”, but, as well as a doper, hes a mean and total asshole who’s had no quarms about totally destroying other peoples lives and careers who could possibly show his “lie” to the world, and he actually did not care one bit.
It seems to me his only issue here is that he now has to go through this “procedure” of saying sorry to these people and organisations in the hope of gaining some kind of Public acceptance – and he doesnt really care what their response is – almost like “if they dont forgive me then i can live with it cos i dont care” attitude.

i found a phillips set of earphones 4 years ago, that were waterproof and quite large “speakers” over your ear, but a removable plastic rubbery blue outer that fitted into your OUTER ear. let noise in, but also music,
i clipped off the right earphones so i just have music in the left.

cannot find similar or replacement ANYWHERE!

most roady entry fee’s these days are quite expensive….but for closed roads thats a bonus in my book.

sometimes i cannot understand the need to “not race” on open roads and pay for the privilege, go out with your mates and save your cash for more carbon bling ;)

no one is doubting the fact any money is good money, but its the value for money thats the concern, both in what its spent on, and its cost. I for one would be a keen volunteer/cheap labour to maintain effective commuter and leisure routes , but as a prime example is stated above, mabie, most of it gets frittered away, and just to emphasise the point with tourism priority, thats also a prime example. I’m sure dumfries commuters welcome such funds for a minority of tourists coming by train for riding in mabie, rather than spending on an integrated cycle network to outer villages that can be used daily all year round.

despite me starting the other thread I will reply here also, its great to see others in my mindset about rural commuter/non tourist cycling, the narrow roads, rough surface, unlit, untreated and often tractor mudded puddled filled roads are a big concern with 60.70mph cars too.
as we all would like more money, it does some to be city centered, which compared to rural towns, already have other public transport choices not available to us.
the argument regarding biggest impact I feel is not relavent, otherwise motorists would argue for all the money now wouldn’t they!

I enjoyed it, in 2D, but i thought the pan & motion scenes were quite juddery – not sure if it was anything to do with watching it at a normal 24fps and 2d, for a 3d 48fps film, or if it was just the way it was, but it actually made me feel tired watching it!!!

…and the fight scenes seemed overly cgi’d and engineered…

i really enjoyed the bilbo/gollum scene – the best of the film i thought.

only really grated me was the 3 trolls, dunno why, just did!

overall though 8 out of 10.

oh, anyone else thing bilbo/ian holm’s voice was quite different than the LOTR version??

edit : also just heard this morning Grosjean beat everyone in the “singles”.

so by your assumption he should beat everyone.
my post was a little tongue in cheek, perhaps it didnt come across, but i still think F1’s loss without him , esp in a better car.

btw: schumi had a number of mech failures, penalties, and issues with the team not doing the right thing with the tyres in qualy ( i can think of 2 examples where they put the wrong tyres on his car, and one where they sent him out without the time to get round before the flag), and also in the race – if you look at race trim, schumi was in fact ahead of rosberg on many many occasions in the year, until mech failures hampered his progress.
considering Rosberg was supposed to be the new Schumi, he’s in both Vettel and Schumi shadown STILL after all these seasons. its make or break year for him this coming season against lewis.

    sorry to confuse,
where the hose went into the caliper was the issue, not the piston.
IMHO if one piston held in and the other moves ok, then i dont see how it can be a piston issue,
perhaps try it with another lever/hose combo and see if the problem is the same?
