wifi cameras and alarm would save alot of faffing about but hard to beat hardwire.
your best bet would be an 8 core alarm cable to each pir point and sounders, keypads, back to were your going to have the alarm panel.
for your cameras its more of what your budget is. can get ones that only need a cat 6 to run, or ones that need a 240v point at them as well, along with harddrive or pc. not my area cameras.
for your solar you will need to allow a low voltage power point in you loft to your boiler and a mains supply for the solar panel. you may need to allow for a stat cable as well.

I’m all for people that like to cycle on the road, but there is pricks out there. You always get a group that take up a whole lane and no matter what, on bends or anything will never fall into single file. Even on small roads with a 2 mile tail back, they look around as if the motorist should not be on the same road as them. If u wanna cycle on the road you gotta remember who will come out top.

dead easy, put your bash on outer space, your other size rings on the other holes your landed. you may consider getting a double shifter but im still using my triple shifter just remember not to hit it up. Any decent chainring will do if you get the correct number of holes for your crank. prob a 4 hole

depends on your budget imo. i bought a zesty last year because i hadnt the full lot to wack out on a canyon. but id have a canyon for the parts list alone, im sure it handles ok, if not secondhand frame, convert parts over, bobs your uncle.
