All the bike, you’ve ridden a short travel bike for so long and you have got use to riding it like that. Now you’ve jumped on a bike with more travel,better angles and stuff for what your riding. Your using the skill from the shorter travel bike and transferring it to the longer travel bike making you faster.

not if the disco slippers are relitavley comfortable you should be fine. You’ll probably annoy the other riders with your tap shoes though.

Ive been out on rides on my mtb recently where the bits where im riding the road ive seen a few roadies, The majority say afternoon/morning etc, but some just look at you like your shit on there shoes, had the same last year in dalby from some mountain bikers too. get a soldering iron or simmilar and heat the bolt up as it softens the loctite. then try turn it

Its brilliant on fork seals and I like the chain lube too. Seems to last quite a while on the chain without picking up much shit.

Although my pressures have changed, 41 front 46 rear 10 stone rider.
There only that high because the minimum on the front is 40psi and I kept hitting the rim when trying to ride up stairs, slowly.

that was rubbish. I could probably ride a my singlespeed hardtail down that faster. Orange 5 wins, yes. Only they were all running different tyres and bars etc all the accesorys were different so the test had too many variables.

I bought the floor pump, a Gilet and the baselayer type thing.

how come my tektro Io’s are bloody good then? i dont understand, so many people slate the tektro mechanicals. But mine are great. The IOx ones i have are pants, but there also with crap cables. Not tested properly really.

Massive difference, My Tektro IO’s with Shimano Deore brake cables I think are less spongy than my mates recently bled Avid Juicy 3’s.

Its because people arent willing to put in the effort to ride a bike properly, there all lazy and run double/triple ring 10 speed. So they can just sit and spin all day gaining no decent muscle or superhero status.
