I'm starting on week 4 tonight and not looking forward to it.

I've found my arms feeling a bit weak after weach session and I'm glad I've had the weekend to recover from day 3 week 3.

I go to a boxing gym in Hillsborough occasionally for circuit training. The circuits are good for strength endurance and they will happily get you sparring quickly if you want to get into the ring.

If you don’t mind me asking who was it at PwC that organised the event? I might try to get my contacts to get me an invite next time.

True, the 1.9 TiD looks best from economy point of view and only 0.5sec slower to 60 than the 2.0T.

Cheers Tiboy, I’m looking at the TDCi or the 2.0T so hopefully a bit less thirsty if not quite as much fun, I’ll check out the forum.

The 2.2 is a 155 compared to the 2.0 at 130. I’ll try and track down a dealer with both and give them a try soon but was just wondering if anyone had already done the comparisson.

Anyone got any experience of the 2.2Tdci engine. Is it worth the extra over the 2.0? I presume the same common problems mentioned above apply?

That NAD box looks very nice but sadly out of my budget. I think I need something at the cheaper end of the market. Is 5.1 worth it over 2.1 sound?

Jon – cheers for the info, I do want all of that stuff but my budget won’t run to sliding pictures and touch screen remotes.

Leeph I can’t see a mail in your profile. I’m interested in the screen, currently got virgin so should suit my needs – let me know what sort of price you are after?

    Cheers

Like a bike Jumper is similar but has rear suspension. RRP is much higher but it can be found for the same price as the Rothan. Excellent quality bike that my little one loves – also comes in a range of colours

I’ve done a few times and don’t have the special adaptor. I used an old headset to make sure the press is pushing on the cup and not the bearings. No need for the special tool IMO.

No problem. I’ve got a Phil Woods hub with a WI freewheel. Not needed to touch it for 2 years + of riding in all conditions. Great hubs.

igm – It would take your Pace forks, but probably not your seatpost (I think it takes a 27mm). So a new wheel and seatpost would be required as a minimum. Let me know if you want some pictures.

Cheers for the replies. I’ll check out minimum heights with the manufacturers and try to be patient waiting until she is big enough.

Hmmm perhaps I’m being a bit too keen. She is 18 months and I was thinking of getting the bike in the next couple of months ready for the glorious spring weather coming our way in March. Not sure if she is tall or short for her age. I’ll have to get her to stand back to back with the other kids at nursery next time I pick her up.

Geoffj – any idea what the minimum height or inside leg is on the Scoot, I can’t seem to find it on any website.

    Thanks

Baby and work etc mean the bike doesn’t get used as much as it should.

I think I’ll give them a clean out then, I sure it’ll be nice peeling it off.

Cheers for the help. I’ll just have to give it a good spring clean to get the best out of what I have.

MB is a Packard Bell Cuba MS-7301, and the RAM is DDR2 PC2-5300 (info from the Crucial scan.

It says something about installing a 64 bit version of the OS, but also state 2GB is the max manufacturer supported memory.
