Being realistic, there is a good chance if you collect it with more than about 2 miles on the clock that at some point it has been driven by the dealer/lease company staff, even if just moving it from one part of the compound to another or a mile up the road to the handover point.

They almost certainly ragged it.

Rag it, if it suffers a loss of performance in whilst you own it, claim you ran it in and get it fixed under warranty. :wink:

Thankfully he got caught TWOCcing and coughed to stealing my bikes. No joy recovering them but he certainly got what he had coming

Got our eldest a Zooom. Proper headset, seatpost QR, v brake on the back. he loves it. Only addition was some bar end plugs under the grips to stop cookie cutting when he drops it.

Thanks for the replies guys, I’ll check e-bay gumtree etc as well. Insurance are on it but I’d love to deprive them of any benefit from the bikes and see them nicked.
