I realise that he is innocent until proven guilty but it may be a line of enquiry, and I figure I don’t owe him anything. In my case he barely got a slap on the wrist even though he was clearly in breach of his community order.

One of mine turned up on Gumtree as an offer for a swap down in Mansfield. Keep looking as it can take a couple of weeks for a fence to put them up.
