It will bugger off over the road to some more woods that get very sticky in the wet. the road is closed to the public and the course is about 7-8 miles long, the rest is very similar to the Enduro 6 course so no big hills to scare people. I was knocking out constant 1hr laps solo.

Turn right on the way to Rosedale and stay at Spiers house campsite on the edge of Cropton forest, easy access to miles of walks and rides, real nice.

I tried Woodcocks St.Bees to RHB a few months back, got to Richmond in 20 hrs and my stomach turned itself inside out!! Road should be ok though. Plenty of ass cream.

Team Spanky who i think won open are not races who can't win sport as they ended top 4/5 overall and all hold down full time jobs, they just love riding and train lots…and lots. (they maybe over the hill a bit too?)
I on the other hand like riding lots and train but also enjoy eating too much hence stopping after 14hrs with 10 solo laps and one shagged knee!!

I rate the Croozer or chariot ones, I'm looking at selling my croozer single to fund getting a double now no. 2 is here. Lil Rt went in it from 12 weeks and is now 2 1/2 years,
I'm near Leeds/York if your local, pop over and have a try, Looking for £200, rrp is about £380 i think nowadays but you really do get what you pay for. These hug the child so when they fall asleep, which they will, they don't flop as they do on the bench seat type.

Don't want to sound OTT but i'm going for a fast time and standing talking to home owners is not the best idea, was hoping to just roll up to public tap and fill then bugger off, only found the one as you climb out the back of Shap at the mo and eyed up a few shops/pubs, I just thought some of you guys might know where the little green boxes were hiding??

I run 36/18, used to run thr same ratio as 32/16 but it gets a bit cluttered at the rear end. I find it ok for most hills and just about spin out on the 11ml commute into Leeds.

Yeah, the left hand side 'easier' drop is now a rock and you have to go over the far right (mans) side. Re worked Medusa's drop as well i believe, Should be a great family day out if the weather turns good, see ya there.

Ditch the mat and get a baloon bed, i shit you not.
You might be glad of the poncho or a tarp in this weather.

It's not unknown for me to commute and do a 14hr hr shift, you normally enjoy the ride home, it's the getting back up at 5.30 in the morning that's a killer! If so ride 3 times, you'll feel the benefit.

We have a Quinny Buzz, Lil RT is just about out of it now which is good as no.2 is due next sat! the only prob i have found is its a bugger to manoeuvre around a door way if you have to lift up the back wheels, not something you would normally do. We love the Dreemi carrycot and the fact you can just put the car seat on. Not great off road as the front wheels are still on the small side but better than the buggy style ones, we have a bike trailer for off road duties anyway.
The pros far outweigh the cons but thought i'd let you know them,
    overall a great pushchair.

Im doing about 100 ml a week commuting plus the odd sat/sun ride, doing Sits, Mayhem solo and hoping to do the English C2C in one hit May time.
As long as you can find a 'nice place' when your body has had enough you'll be suprised how much further you can go.

I have a Focus as i don't want to look like postman pat!
180,000 on the clock and still cruises to the alps with ease, no brainer.
Can even put 2 bikes on the back , 2 on the roof and fit 4 guys and all the kit in.

I commute 11ml each way into Leeds and back, fine but hard work, it's all the cocks in cars that are making me think about using the train in the morning, tho i will ride either end of the journey.

Yeah, the open/felled bits on the way to Dixons hollow were icy on wed but all the stuff in the trees was clear.
Fire roads were dodgy but might have cleared.

Got 2 Hope stainless and just got my second King today, 1 Hope did HTN,Sits and D2D last year + about another 1000ml, my bike developed a crack so replaced the bearings only to find a cracked frame,
The king has done about 1000mls also without touching it and is still silky smooth, If you get the King from GO AVT its about £80,(first choice), Hope stainless for about £50 from the UK.

I use a Berghaus 64 Zero, got it for the Polaris in 07 and used it commuting since, light(640g) but hard wearing, still like new, only 35-40 quid, loads of external pockets to stuff in waterproofs etc so you don't have to open the main compartment.
