Then put it back down at the till.

were you so outraged that you also took photos of it at the till just before you put it down?

Yeah… but it was to send the photo over on whats’app to a mate of mine who I was talking to a few days before about the costs of mags these days… !

I guess if you wanyed to protect it, get a inner tube over it and zip tie the top and bottom ?

(im not that keen on the zip tie idea as your locking in moisture.

Apple don’t tend to sell the refurbs as device only, only as in exchange for your current phone

It’s worth doing if you have multiple issues

If I had to run one set of rubber, I would run a premium winter tyre all year round.

Also… A premium winter tyre will out perform a cheap budget Far East summer rubber circle in the wet above 7’c.

Fact is, there’s too many motorists in the uk who are happy to comprise safety for cost.

People who don’t run or have never run winter tyres are the people who say they are not require.

The way I look at it is that, them 4 patches of rubber touching the ground is what holds the car to the road. So why would I put myself or family at risk?

I run both summer and winter tyres on both my cars, one set on steelies and the other on a set 16 inch rims.

Currently running Michelin alpins and Goodyear ultra grip pro’s

It’s all about lateral grip and traction.

It’s the best investment which can be made to the car.

Also ask them to email you a quote over detailing the work, themselves there’s no mis reading hand writing etc. I did this with my decking project and it helped me make an informed decision.

Just walk on your heels, I somehow managed to lose a bit of the front tow grip on my R132 shoes

I see that bike and think it would need another 500 quid min spending on it to sort out the mix match

    I would split it.

Go for what whatnobeer has…. Comes in useful at the weekend when you have lady friends round who can pole dance for you. 😆

I know this sounds extreme… But would you be able to dig down and create a pit with a trap door some where?? (Burke feed me!!)

Problem is if your going single unit, your tail light will have to be dimmer than your brake light…

I would prefer a brighter light over a brake light…

The 322 & Patriot bikes got removed off the website on the 30/09/2013. (mid afternoon in fact 🙂 )

The message is “Enduro” at the moment.

Why? there is no law that says you have to use lights between sunrise and sunset….

But if the conditions are poor lights should be used…

Just like this morning and really heavy rain !!

Get a bit of nice timber and create a half pitched roof and bolt it to the wall in the garden. Then stick a anchor point on the ground for cable loop.

This should keep the top half of the bike dry.

A driver is not going to see your tiny camera on your helmet while driving past you.

If drivers were able to spot cameras, i think think they would be able to see a cyclist!!!!!!

A few of the routes I ride say the KOM 00:01 – 1,200MPH over say a 3.6 mile segment. (not my created segments)

I used to look at them and think someone must be editing GPS data and uploading…. however at the weekend I did 1,098MPH and took 00:12 for the same section…..

Very Strange as all the other segments on the ride seemed to work ok. (and my max speed on the overall route was only 38mph.)

Looks to me that some people on here just enjoy other peoples misfortune.

OP – Crap do for sure, some people have no respect and see a bump as costing them hence not hanging around

I was having issues with my HTC missing out segments due to the poor GPS chip in it, so at one point in the summer i was running with HTC and a Iphone 3gs (no sim) both logging the route.

Both phones picked up different segments as well as the main core ones, and the times were different upto 1 minute for some short segments even.

The overall distance was around half a mile within each over a 20 mile route.

I have come to the conclusion Strava via a mobile is only a guide only.

It has to be discs, purely for the wheels and mounts incase of future upgrades.

Whats making you wanting a Commencal El Camino over other bikes? Cost or brand ?
