take that winstanleys price with a pinch of salt. they gave me a right runaround when i tried to buy them. despite ringing up to confirm they had them in stock, they took my money and the forks didnt appear.
Id be interested in what they say. Would like to reduce exm150 to 130. As they sell an exm 130 it would be good to know if it was just a spacer difference.
Have you looked at the afr service threads on MTBR forums?I found the shock worked really well after doing it. Quite simple to do once you have the bits.
Improved access to information must count for some of this. I remember trawling books in a library for hours for coursework / revision etc. Its a 5 minute job nowadays.

Same here – still on the champix and after 6 weeks off the cigs (15 a day)I feel sluggish and lethargic, which I put down to weight I’ve put on since stopping. My breathing is definitely better, at the top of a climb I can hold a conversation now. Just feel a lot slower.
