My advice make a formal agreement as to what you get paid, either for a one off shot ie he can make an infinite number of copies or per each reproduction.

Fwiw even though I know artists use photos as source I would not exhibit one along side another. It devalues the painter. Makes him look like he’s joining up the dots.

Also worth considering is finding somewhere to exhibit your own photos as a stand alone thing. I’ve sold a few of mine via that route.

Ever dawned on you that these people may be so fed up of how they feel about themselves, have tried therapy, or be unable to afford it, and see an advert for a confidence building programme and sign up?? If you watched it you’ll see they only find out it is a naked theme show once they are on it and contracts are signed.

How about you don’t judge people when all you know about their lives is a brief flick of their name and some small detail about them. They didn’t go on this programme to tell you their story, they went on it to help themselves and doing it in public was just part of the deal to getting help.

When we went I found that the “instructors” were very good at telling people what not to do, taking the piss and saying how good they were back in the day.

I heard rules, but do you know what, not one word of encouragement, or congratulation on improvement.

Very poor imho.

When I remember about it I do quite well. Then I forget about it for a day or so and undo all the good work.

40 years old.

With another 40+ to go.

If you’ve ridden at Penmachno, you’ll be disappointed by the neglected Marin trail. There are some nice views, but otherwise it’s very poor by comparison.

I’ve sold a load of stuff on ebay recently, and have found that since the seller is unable to neg. the buyer, that some buyers do try and take the piss a bit. IME as a buyer and seller the buyer nearly always wins any paypal dispute.

Though at the end of the day it’s the only place to get top dollar for old tat, so I’ll live with the occasional noddy.

I’d never buy a lense without testing it first…

I’ve rarely tested a lens before I’ve bought one, and in my experience, inside, or just out side a shop isn’t the place to affirm a lens’s extreme qualities.

I’ve got a 20-40 Sigma EX for Canon. It’s not particularly sharp though. After using L glass I wouldn’t bother with Sigma again, though of course I might just have a lousy copy.
